Great session mick a lot more productive on the Severn then on the river trent Derby way there rather patchy and hard to locate plenty of Chub but just the odd barbel m8
Another cracking vid Mick , top angling mate, I'll be up in Bridgnorth the second week of August for 3 days , give us a shout if ya fancy a day on the Bank 👍
Hi mick I'm coming up to Highley from Kent on the 29th Sept for a night session. Any info would be much appreciated as never fished the seven before, not much chance barbel in Kent. Great videos by the way Tia
Thank you Andrew. Just try a few different swims if you can. Smelly baits different sizes etc. Could do with some water on the severn at moment to get it fishing better m8. As long as you got a bait in hopefully you're catch afew. Good luck bud 👍🎣
Another great video, I have to say the same with pike as barbel for resting up before release. As always, great info and plenty of fish 👍. Do you have a preference to the type of water you fish for barbel? By this I mean shallow fast running or deeper water? I intend to blast my BAA ticket this year 🤞
Thank you bud. Normally below 2mtr n dropping off. Fishing just off the main flow, even under your feet if its a few foot and no snags. But I always think if the barbel are about n feeding your catch 👍🎣🎣 when it's good conditions I'm Normally stuck in work lol 😆

@@Micks.barbelfishing.adventures 😂😂 I feel that matey. When I’m off it always seems to be too low or it’s 9ft up 😂. Thanks for the reply 👍
another great video Mick, how far is the walk from car park to the brook section ? Tight lines..
Just one meadow m8
Well said mate rest them and never put them in keepnets 🇬🇧👍👍
Cheers m8 👍🎣
Good session Mick. Do you always cast upstream or was it just on that peg? What part of the middle severn was this ?
Ya if it looks good for a bite I'll put the left rod upstream m8.
That was eardington 🎣
