As a former Harith main with a 500+ matches at 69% winrate, I think there’s a lot of reasons that resulted in Harith’s downfall. Too much nerfs, better heroes, lots of counters; that’s it mainly. Harith during his release was really strong. Strong enough to be on ban list at almost every game except if you give trades. I still remember the autoban heroes of that time, Aldous, Leomord, Kimmy, Claude, or Harith. Nowadays, Harith lost most of his features that made him a great mage. High shield, decent range, good burst potential, and team fight oriented. The changes that came just killed him after. First was the removal of two blue buffs. I remember the era of Harith when junglers didn’t even need Retribution to farm effectively, only needing a jungling item. First major nerf was the removal of his ult’s immobilize. That was a huge blow in chasing enemies despite of their high movement speed. Then the continuous nerfs on his main skill; the dash. His range became shorter, the damage greatly weakened, shield became minimal. Harith’s downfall was that he was too overpowered. Moonton really went out of their way to make it harder for Harith specifically. They introduced heroes that were made to counter Harith at the time. Esmeralda which could eat away his shield, Khufra with the bouncing balls to cancel his dashes, and Minsitthar just downright cc stunlock for him. Another is the item changes made for necklace of durance where anti lifesteal now applied to shields. Sea halberd and dominance ice just came around and made it even harder for Harith to sustain teamfights. At some point Harith became useless but because of the trauma that Harith brought, people still auto banned him. I remember fighting against my own teammates because they banned Harith even if he was that weak. At this point, the meta has changed a lot. High movement speed is a must now. He rotates slowly. Harith with his custom emblem set-up, relying on the cooldown reduction of the mage emblem is a nerf in itself. Julian would wreck Harith, Ling and Karina would just burst him down and run away quickly, Yin is well Yin. I’ve even been having trouble with Miya when back then, I could just kill her with three skills. With inspire around, she would just sustain my damage and kill me. Just Eudora herself could counter Harith and give him no chance to fight back. At this point, if Moonton wants to bring back Harith, they have to strengthen his second skill, reduce his cooldowns, and revamp his passive. Ign: UnAlive.
What if he can be able to cast both 1st skill and 2nd skill without delay? That way he could make use of his 1st skill buffs and increase his sustain. But as you said, he gets countered by Khuf and Esme so hard. And without his ult Harith's movement speed is shit. And the funny part is that his passive is a CC reduction skill but he needs purify lol.
I've tried him with full tank build,it was great. The damage is okay(since I'm laning against marksman in gold lane). He can sustain a lot more while doing decent damage from thunderbelt and twilight armor passive
Cc reduction does not matter if you are constanstly deleted from existence with just a few attacks, he is better against melee compositions, and fighters are not doing too good right now.
Ruby, Thamuz, Terizla, Esmeralda... Other than that, I do NOT wanna play on the XP lane, especially if the other team didn't pick their XP laner already...
Harith's passive suggestion: For each enemy hero nearby, increases DMG and healing received amount(including shield) max of 50%. This way, the slow damage and shield gaining of Harith can be compensated
They should bring back the stun on Harith's ult bec almost all mage out there have cc and immunity, despite from having a good mobility the enemy can easily outrun his ulti and burst him.
hey, Elgin thank you for making a video about Harith, I think that he's a solid pick if the enemy team comp has little cc he's squishy after all and his shield isn't enough to sustain him. After the constant nerfs to make him "balanced" the devs made him hard to use in the current meta, many heroes now have tons of cc skills without a good tank or support, and good positioning his an easy pickoff. they should change his passive or maybe just buff it and Hariths primary source of damage is his second but they focus on his first. I hope they do him justice along with Hanabi idk.
Maybe they should change his passive to make him more durable in teamfights, slightly reduce the cc reduction effect and add in something like a increased healing per enemy nearby. Or just straight up make his skills faster by increasing animation speed
his damage is bad? fr? his both his 1st and 2nd skill almost have no cd and with calamity reaper it basically enhances damage more with true damage, his problem is his squishy-ness, if you don't have a proper tank that engages first then he'll be trash but considering his damage, both burst and sustain is decent. shield is good enough since you can essentially spam the shit out of your 2nd skill meaning if it gives a lot of shield it'll stack and give you infinite shield, not too balanced at that is it?
i think the recognition he needs is to be involved in a big update just like the rise of necrokeep vexana, faramis, leomard(not a revamp btw but maybe a skill adjustment hat makes him more balanced and reduces his difficulty level)
I think it would be cool if Harith has a stun effect on his first skill so he can stun the enemies while finishing them with his ult and second skills.
I think intresting concept would be if they added to his passive something like (without removing current) bonus to shield gain and HP regen by % according to enemys nearby (i think it would work well with him since he is kinda shield based hero)
A new passive probably More Magic Damage = More Sheild Received. And Increase Movement speed.or More Enemy = Increase Damage and Reduce Damage Received.
It's already stackable but requires multiple enemies around when he dashes. Up to 3. His 1 vs 1 capability is so low right now (800 shield from full build won't help), since he can be easily killed using inspire + dps mm alone (which is an unstoppable beast set, especially his low range)
It would be amazing if harit's first skill does have the same effect as Lancelot where you can immune enemy's attk for a short period of time. For his dash skill it would be helpful if each dash will stack up and increases its critical strike amongt enemy.
Crit on 2nd Skill's Enhanced Basic? Nah bro. Remember in the past where he used Berserker's Fury and just destroys enemies. Even now (basing on my experiences) he's still powerful with it but I don't really use it because it cost too much gold and Crit dmg relies on chance %.
3:24 i will rewrite a whole new one for him. And i have actually made a video on that and hopefully the devs will see it. For me the reason harith is non meta now, is mainly because of his low defense attributes. He used to be a solid hero when he had pillager axe/beast killer as i explained thoroughly in the video
i started playing august 2017 and unfortunately quit october 2021 but still watching Harith's updates and highlights for the reason that seeing my main make me recall cool memories.
Harith right build should not be pure dmg items, because his range is too small, and all these shields and resilence are useless if u can be destroyed by negative penetration assassins in like 0.5s The best thing to do is giving him 3 dmg items and rest are def The dmg items: Calamity reaper, holy crystal, and third one can be changed (most likely freeze or blood wings or concentrated energy) Def items must include one CD item at least, or u will need to keep the CD reduction boots(instead of changing them to def boots), however thunder belt and oracle are highly recommended With Calamity reaper u can spam true dmg so u doesn't really need penetration items any more, he can't be bursted down with 2-3 def items while dealing constant dmg that exceed many fighters but not as massive and bursty as other mages however he is almost impossible to take down because with high magic power(holy crystal and blood wings)u will get very high shield and with the defense attributes the shield will be durable as well, in addition to harith mobility, he can kill any assassin and most fighters solo in such build However the weakness of hybrid harith is MM with inspire, he just can't keep up well, however if u used vengeance he can Another weakness is when enemies have 2 single target heroes that will focus u (however u must have stupid team that let u die always in that case)
I am a mage user and still use harith up to this day. I think they should increase his sustainability more. He is too short ranged as compared to other mages while still being squishy
Harith needs Attack Range since harith as a squishy hero Harith needs better positioning and range. Also need Attack speed Since his second skill rely so much on basic attack, Even on 45% CD you can't maximize the potential of Harith's second skill since it really relies on it's Basic Attack.
Non burst heroes are extremely difficult to use, that's why Harith and Benedetta are barely being picked, you need to get closer to the enemy in order to attack the them but at the same time, they're pretty squishy.
@@billyt6841 What do you mean i insult you? I even ruined my own grammar in that reply just to show that i m not making fun of you or to not make it insult you! 😤
As a harith main. wait, ex-harith main, His damage is much lower compared to any other mages and if u compare him with a mm (since he uses alot of basic atk), it really sucks. And his shield can be easily countered by anti lifestyle and there is no slot for Oracle. So, after around 870 matches, l left this leonin.
as a global harith main, it is best to use him in mid lane with purify. he can easily clear lanes and rotate. his 1st skill is equally important as his 2nd. use it in middle of 2nd skill and you can melt down any tanky hero. late game squishy heroes are 3 shots for him. one 1st and two 2nd.
Harith main here! The best way to buff this character is in my opinion, to change his skit whenever he use his zaman force, whenever his on zaman force his second skill gives u 2 balls instead of 1, 1st skill would be larger instead of small, his passive should be changed too
i would rewrite Hariths passive like for every dash he does his Defense (magic and physical) and magic dmg is increased by 5% and max up to 10 stacks and lasts up to 4 seconds before it disappears. i think this would be very META or just generally OP because you dont need to focus on magic dmg much and you can do more CD in early game first before magic dmg.
why? he gets outbursted. His jungle potential is really low considering he is a pure mage that doesn't have that much damage on his regular basic attacks. Also, he is pretty much a relocating mage that's pretty weak to CC
You're right. His passive needs a change, having only resilience is not enough. Maybe add a new effect like giving a small percentage of cd reduction to every skills everytime harith gains a key. Like if you agree.
Not a percentage, but a good number (during the good old days I can get 300 each dash and win 1 vs 1 with 1 HP vs full HP gs), since you won't soak anything with only 150 shield, while Kagura still gains 300 which is already great start.
Wow horro chan just posted Harith being weak just two days ago I swear to god they have such similar content I love it... They also posted Eudora vs aurora together too if you guys remember
If I'm the one to change harith's passive, I'll change it to damage reduction up to 45% depending on the number of enemies because harith is always on the Frontline of teamfights that can easily be bursted to death by enemies, also because he's a mage and this passive will work very well for his skill sets.
I still miss the old harith's ultimate when he spawn that huge sword it will make enemy who stand in that sword will stun that's what I want or maybe the nerfs on hard cc heroes like Franco and Julian
I’ve never played Harith myself but I have played against a few Harith mains before.I main Marksmen and I usually sustain easily against them, due to mainly using life steal marksmen. I think he should either have an immobilization effect or silencing effect,to get away from burst characters.Pair that up with dominance ice and he’ll struggle less against meta marksmen.
He's definitely good as he is right now, having a chance of reaping enemies, sustaining damages, while still having the backslash of being a Mage. However, with the upsurging popularity of the tank jungle meta, he'll have a hard time trying to fit in into team compositions, when players can choose to have a Xavier (squishy but can poke/burst at distance). Players can try adjusting equipment setups to evade his squishiness in exchange for his damage, like : Making him a Position 4. Tough Boots (can also Roam: Dire Hit) Glowing Wand / Genius Wand / Divine Glaive Oracle Brute Force Chestplate and other Def items, just throw his damage equipments and focus on teamfights or backline pokes, besides, he doesnt have CC.
I think harith need some adjustments on his basic atk range or maybe add some magic def shred to enemies hitted by his second skill. But please i hope moonton doesn't overbuff him cause he causes really huge pain in my butt back when he was meta.I hate the fact that i am forced to use kaja or chou just to counter him.
The only thing that I could think for a decent buff on improving Harith is; Revamping and reconstructing a new 2nd skill without buffing the DMG, but still be a mobility kit for Harith, or Decreasing the frames from his enhanced basic attack animation whenever after he uses 2nd skill, because there are decently a lot of cases where you get outpaced by other heroes due to their faster skill combos, or Returning his immobilization CC from his ult.
I would like passive to be started from scratch like “3% dmg reduction without sheild and increases by 3% for enemy heroes near, shield will be based on damage dealt to any ememy unit (heroes, minions and creeps) for 1.75 seconds with a 1 second cooldown, cooldown decreases by 20% for ememies near. As for resilience it will be nerfed to 30% max with the same old mechanic with less value” This should make him a better team fight iniator (which is technically good since hes a team fight oriented mage)
I personally love playing with harith bursting down enemy hero's easily and he has high outplay potential I think he is fun spaming skills and jumping around but its seems not everyone likes it I think he is most underrated hero Also I think he is unpopular because he isn't all of those burst mages who stay back or one-shot enemys and run he is mage that needs perfect positioning in team fights also I think he is shadowed by other mages
Sed. Used to be my favourite hero. He is still op. The main reason why I stopped using him was because he was too op and too mandatory in solo ranked games to win every game and it became really boring to a point. But no doubt I love this hero, as it was with this hero that I was able to beat global trios while I was doing solo. And also this was the hero who helped me get my global rank and supreme rank doing solo rank which was really tough back in the days as he was hardcore extreme meta.
Decrease the cd of his 2nd by .5, .5 is big enough and giving him more shield will also be great or maybe increasing the range of his ultimate so its easier for beginners to play him
Maybe making him able to use enhanced basic attack and first skill while moving or dashing during his ult . And make the animation faster too. His main problem to me is his slow attacks.
I agree with some reason behind harith's least popularity. The hero difficulty after the patch of adding up the cd of second skill which lessen the effectivity of unli dash in early game and the recognition of using his passive skill. Maybe someday I will remaster harith.
A revamped passive could make use of cooldown reduction instead of cc duration reductoon for every hero around. Making it 5% per hero and maxing up to 10%. That way, we won't have to worry about building cd boots or taking blue buffs.
Since he mostly relies on his second skill; the adjustments i would change in his passive is that whenever he gets shield using his second skill he also restores a certain amount of mana, and that whenever harith has a shield, cc effects would be reduced by about 15-20%, and maybe increase the range of his 2nd skill' shield proc a little bit so that he can get shield a bit easier, but this one is just a stretch This would eliminate harith's mana problem and maybe he can build something more useful than enchanted talisman. I think this is balanced since he only gains shield from his second whenever he's fighting enemy heroes, so he would still need to be careful with using mana in farming or clearing waves
I have two things that could work. One is to give him a cdr passive with the original passive that scales with his level/ulti, 5 - 10%. With this he will 2 less cdr items. He can even just use CR and FoH as his core items and maybe get tough boots to have even more status resistance. Other than that, maybe he can be immune to cc once when ever his ulti is online.
My suggestion is for his ULT, like he can reposition it so that the can maximize both passive and ultimate, theres also a delay on casting his 2nd skill coz he backsup a lil bit before dashing, they need to fix that casting animation
I feel that in order for harith to be playable is some damage buffs and shield buff. Let the shield scale up with magic and a little bit on HP builds while his damage can be slightly increased
Harith passive idea: Reduces time controlled by 15%/30%/45%. Gets 5% CDR and magic power, and 20 Magic and Physical Defense upon level 4 or Reduces time controlled by 45%, and for every 3rd time he deals magic damage, it deals 130% the original damage. (Wears off if not used for a while)
I think a passive that would make him effective but not too op is by making him a bit more tanky by adding higher duration for his shield and reduce crowd control duration depending on how many people are around him like the effect of tough boots since he is very vulnerable with cc heroes like kuffra, tigreal, atlas, akai and zilong
They should make Harith more like a battlemage A battlemage is type of mage/fighter hero He need a new passive like each time he use his skills he enhance his basic attack and his next basic attack heals him of his total magic power and + 3% of his hp lost First skill need more damage like if targets getting hit many times by Harith the dmg increase upto 30% Second new effects he gain 1.2 sec cc immunity when dash Ultimate his ultimate give him another passive like if any lethal one shot burst dmg is being inflict on him he will gain a shield (scales up with his level and magic power) and this is similar to rose gold meteor passive and it has a 100 sec cd
I could I shot but Passive:freedom Everytime he uses a skill he gets +30% Magic DMG and +10% magic life steal effect can only be used for every 35 secs Second skill: New effect:It will reduce the CD of passive and first skill by 10% everytime it hits a creep or enemy hero The enhanced basic attack will now slow enemies by 5% Plus 1% per skill level up
I usually go hybrid Harith. Building a good amount of damage, lifesteal, and defense (with mana regen and cd red in mind). Works for me but I dont have much experience on him anyway. I'll have to play with him more. He's still one of my favorite characters cuz he's cute :>
Harith’s Passive is a bit tricky to understand his base passive is that he reduces time controlled when near enemies; when combined with his other skill casts he will gain shield and steal magic power based on the amount of enemies around him, and enhance his next basic attack… the problem right now is that we have no indication of how much MP he can absorb from each enemy unit
I think they should add extra AR and MR in his passive as stacks similar to the CC reduction and scales with level, like 6-13 per stack. Or anything similar. Because of the nerfs, his main problem is his squishiness. You're forced to build full dmg most of the time in order to be useful in late game teamfights. Since his skill mechanic is dependent on his item build, at least they should compensate with some innate sustain.
passive: well I don't know [edit] he gets higher mana Reagen from items first: still the same, maybe make it change the centre or whatever second skill: instead of the shield he gets cc resilience and gets both defs based on the enemies third skill: upon casting it immobilizes the enemies and does continues damage
Finally Elgin talks about this less picked Mage. As I said in previous video, nowadays people prefer to pick Nana over Harrith. Harrith needs some adjustment to adapt with the current Meta. Good game well play Elgin, and good Faramis mate too.
Harith already have high damage. I hope they change his passive skill to 13% control reduction and change the trigger effect to stackable up to 5 with in 3s depending on how many heroes are there (equivalent to 65% control reduction). This will make him more active and if you use the boots that give you 30% control reduction you can enjoy 95% control reduction. Harith is a squishy hero but he already has shield on his 2nd skill this new passive will give him a chance to spam his skills in team fights.
faramis played a huge role in that game, it helped with the squishy weakness of harith during team fights.
Yup so many times harith was suppose to die but feramis saved the day. Harith really needs a buff
Faramis, with the right skills, is like a legal cheat code in game

In short terms, harith sucks.
Miss the days when Harith was feared by many..
I've tried him with full tank build,it was great. The damage is okay(since I'm laning against marksman in gold lane). He can sustain a lot more while doing decent damage from thunderbelt and twilight armor passive
I remember playing Harith a while back and man i cant believe i was ganked by all 5 enemies yet somehow i both survived and not get a savage
Cc reduction does not matter if you are constanstly deleted from existence with just a few attacks, he is better against melee compositions, and fighters are not doing too good right now.
Yes because his passive is weak....if only its a permanent 45% CC reduction it might help together with tough boots, thats 75% cc reduction...
Ruby, Thamuz, Terizla, Esmeralda... Other than that, I do NOT wanna play on the XP lane, especially if the other team didn't pick their XP laner already...
Harith's passive suggestion:
For each enemy hero nearby, increases DMG and healing received amount(including shield) max of 50%.
This way, the slow damage and shield gaining of Harith can be compensated
I remember those years that harith's been in the ban section for a long long time lmao.
Maybe adding shield or increase its damage reduction every dash would work i believe :3
I just like his walk animation!
Its just so cuteee
They should bring back the stun on Harith's ult bec almost all mage out there have cc and immunity, despite from having a good mobility the enemy can easily outrun his ulti and burst him.
nah, that was busted. they could just increase the slow from 30% to 70%.

hey, Elgin thank you for making a video about Harith, I think that he's a solid pick if the enemy team comp has little cc he's squishy after all and his shield isn't enough to sustain him.
The latest update did this, but not the third one you mentioned.
He has hybrid lifesteal up to 35% passive now.
Plus decreased cc effects of 15%.
He's squishy
Deals little damage
Small shield
Anti healing/shield made him even more useless
Passive almost useless
You just don't understand harith😉
@@mcderineauigan6750 You need to overpowered the enemy by a lot to make him useful. If it is the same level, he will have a hard time
Gotta agree he is squishy and gets too little shield
@@mcderineauigan6750 ur cringe emoji say all
his damage is bad? fr? his both his 1st and 2nd skill almost have no cd and with calamity reaper it basically enhances damage more with true damage, his problem is his squishy-ness, if you don't have a proper tank that engages first then he'll be trash but considering his damage, both burst and sustain is decent. shield is good enough since you can essentially spam the shit out of your 2nd skill meaning if it gives a lot of shield it'll stack and give you infinite shield, not too balanced at that is it?
i think the recognition he needs is to be involved in a big update just like the rise of necrokeep vexana, faramis, leomard(not a revamp btw but maybe a skill adjustment hat makes him more balanced and reduces his difficulty level)
3:20 maybe by providing a cooldown reduction in each of his skills every number of enemies nearby
I think it would be cool if Harith has a stun effect on his first skill so he can stun the enemies while finishing them with his ult and second skills.
Another thing to adjust is the skill indicator of an ult.
I think intresting concept would be if they added to his passive something like (without removing current) bonus to shield gain and HP regen by % according to enemys nearby (i think it would work well with him since he is kinda shield based hero)
I think it's because of the same reason why you wouldn't use a layla over someone like beatrix, moscov, wanwan, or even miya. in short, power creep
Passive : increase defence according to the num her enemies around
Second skill: increase shield ammount
agree and the cc reduction effect should be when he's inside the range of his Ultimate but reduced to 25%
No matter how many buffs he received recently . He still get low pick rate because of the big nerfed on his sec skill shield
I think giving him more shield or giving his 2nd skill some type of immunity will bring him back in the meta
A new passive probably More Magic Damage = More Sheild Received. And Increase Movement speed.or More Enemy = Increase Damage and Reduce Damage Received.
I think they should make his passive have 10% of cc time reduction instead of 9% and make his shield from 2nd skill stack able
It's already stackable but requires multiple enemies around when he dashes. Up to 3. His 1 vs 1 capability is so low right now (800 shield from full build won't help), since he can be easily killed using inspire + dps mm alone (which is an unstoppable beast set, especially his low range)
@@filbertchandra9419 i mean stack able each dash not each enemy
I used to be a harith user i use like every time but now i lost him cuz my heart chose another hero so i had to say goodbye to him
It would be amazing if harit's first skill does have the same effect as Lancelot where you can immune enemy's attk for a short period of time.
As someone who does’t really read buffs, nerfs and adjustment so I always wondered why he fell so much out of meta because I’m 2018 he was so op.
Me too2018 days
3:24 i will rewrite a whole new one for him. And i have actually made a video on that and hopefully the devs will see it.
For me the reason harith is non meta now, is mainly because of his low defense attributes. He used to be a solid hero when he had pillager axe/beast killer as i explained thoroughly in the video
true the jungle items made him a beast like esmeralda with pillager axe
You are right it was not hero who was busted it was his defence gain but those item but moonton just nerfed him to the ground
Moonton nerfing suks
i started playing august 2017 and unfortunately quit october 2021 but still watching Harith's updates and highlights for the reason that seeing my main make me recall cool memories.
Harith right build should not be pure dmg items, because his range is too small, and all these shields and resilence are useless if u can be destroyed by negative penetration assassins in like 0.5s
The best thing to do is giving him 3 dmg items and rest are def
The dmg items:
Calamity reaper, holy crystal, and third one can be changed (most likely freeze or blood wings or concentrated energy)
Def items must include one CD item at least, or u will need to keep the CD reduction boots(instead of changing them to def boots), however thunder belt and oracle are highly recommended
With Calamity reaper u can spam true dmg so u doesn't really need penetration items any more, he can't be bursted down with 2-3 def items while dealing constant dmg that exceed many fighters but not as massive and bursty as other mages
however he is almost impossible to take down because with high magic power(holy crystal and blood wings)u will get very high shield and with the defense attributes the shield will be durable as well, in addition to harith mobility, he can kill any assassin and most fighters solo in such build
However the weakness of hybrid harith is MM with inspire, he just can't keep up well, however if u used vengeance he can
Another weakness is when enemies have 2 single target heroes that will focus u (however u must have stupid team that let u die always in that case)
yes the build does make him weaker, especially in the late game and I agree with your statement
A harith buff thats needed:faster dashes and attacks.
Attack the them?

Yah, ex Harith main here too (around 850 matches) I hate how shit they have let him become
as a global harith main, it is best to use him in mid lane with purify. he can easily clear lanes and rotate. his 1st skill is equally important as his 2nd. use it in middle of 2nd skill and you can melt down any tanky hero. late game squishy heroes are 3 shots for him. one 1st and two 2nd.
A qustion : is harith still good? Should i buy him?
This proves that hororo chan and elgin are connected.
See? Same type of video
You are right 😂
Harith main here!
That would be OP..
I think giving back his skill2 high shield is enough..
4:50 Look at this Alucard. XD
why? he gets outbursted.
I wish they changed the shape of his ult or when he press ult he gets unlimited dashes for a while
Harith's problem is his lack of defensive capabilities. Returning his old passive that gains a percentage of shield would make him more playable.
Not a percentage, but a good number (during the good old days I can get 300 each dash and win 1 vs 1 with 1 HP vs full HP gs), since you won't soak anything with only 150 shield, while Kagura still gains 300 which is already great start.
@@filbertchandra9419 and that's why he's nerfed as hell before. I think just a little is fine against burst mages/assassins.
Elgin: Harith should be played as a Jungler.
*That one Hanzo waving*
Catboi needs some love
Wow horro chan just posted Harith being weak just two days ago I swear to god they have such similar content I love it...
They also posted Eudora vs aurora together too if you guys remember
If I'm the one to change harith's passive, I'll change it to damage reduction up to 45% depending on the number of enemies because harith is always on the Frontline of teamfights that can easily be bursted to death by enemies, also because he's a mage and this passive will work very well for his skill sets.
Elgin, I do agree with the change of his passive skill. I think they should add the effect like : after dashing increases his damage or defense.
Something they could do about it passive is either add something related to cd reduction, some type of built-in oracle or a rework
Players can try adjusting equipment setups to evade his squishiness in exchange for his damage, like :
Making him a Position 4.
Tough Boots (can also Roam: Dire Hit)
Glowing Wand / Genius Wand / Divine Glaive
Oracle
Brute Force Chestplate
and other Def items, just throw his damage equipments and focus on teamfights or backline pokes, besides, he doesnt have CC.
The only thing that I could think for a decent buff on improving Harith is;
Revamping and reconstructing a new 2nd skill without buffing the DMG, but still be a mobility kit for Harith, or
Decreasing the frames from his enhanced basic attack animation whenever after he uses 2nd skill, because there are decently a lot of cases where you get outpaced by other heroes due to their faster skill combos, or
Returning his immobilization CC from his ult.
It's sad to be harith's user 😞
I would like passive to be started from scratch like
“3% dmg reduction without sheild and increases by 3% for enemy heroes near, shield will be based on damage dealt to any ememy unit (heroes, minions and creeps) for 1.75 seconds with a 1 second cooldown, cooldown decreases by 20% for ememies near. As for resilience it will be nerfed to 30% max with the same old mechanic with less value”
This should make him a better team fight iniator (which is technically good since hes a team fight oriented mage)
I personally love playing with harith bursting down enemy hero's easily and he has high outplay potential I think he is fun spaming skills and jumping around but its seems not everyone likes it I think he is most underrated hero
Also I think he is unpopular because he isn't all of those burst mages who stay back or one-shot enemys and run he is mage that needs perfect positioning in team fights also I think he is shadowed by other mages
Harith carried me till Mythical Glory 🤧
Harith was on ban sections for many seasons i remember it and its pretty terrifying to see him as jungle core back then but now new heroes arise
But still can't defeat my harith😂😂😂
They showed make his ult invisible and show some glowing effect to his body if he uses ult cause people run away when he ults
The passive can add a cc immunity if he's on ultimate's area. If he's not on ults area, then the added effect will not activate.
Since he mostly relies on his second skill; the adjustments i would change in his passive is that whenever he gets shield using his second skill he also restores a certain amount of mana, and that whenever harith has a shield, cc effects would be reduced by about 15-20%, and maybe increase the range of his 2nd skill' shield proc a little bit so that he can get shield a bit easier, but this one is just a stretch
This would eliminate harith's mana problem and maybe he can build something more useful than enchanted talisman.
Let the shield scale up with magic and a little bit on HP builds while his damage can be slightly increased
awesome music, awesome video. I too once loved harith. I have a 88% winrate on him, last used him 2 years ago.
Elgin upload this video while I'm playing harith and losing in rg what a coincidence
Selena's cat fish: I'm going to end this man's whole career.
Harith passive idea: Reduces time controlled by 15%/30%/45%. Gets 5% CDR and magic power, and 20 Magic and Physical Defense upon level 4
or
Reduces time controlled by 45%, and for every 3rd time he deals magic damage, it deals 130% the original damage. (Wears off if not used for a while)
I wish they changed the shape of his ult or when he press ult he gets unlimited dashes for a while
I think a passive that would make him effective but not too op is by making him a bit more tanky by adding higher duration for his shield and reduce crowd control duration depending on how many people are around him like the effect of tough boots since he is very vulnerable with cc heroes like kuffra, tigreal, atlas, akai and zilong
A whole new one is best, no point adding
4:40
Nice save Franco
They should make Harith more like a battlemage
A battlemage is type of mage/fighter hero
He need a new passive like each time he use his skills he enhance his basic attack and his next basic attack heals him of his total magic power and + 3% of his hp lost
First skill need more damage like if targets getting hit many times by Harith the dmg increase upto 30%
Second new effects he gain 1.2 sec cc immunity when dash
Ultimate his ultimate give him another passive like if any lethal one shot burst dmg is being inflict on him he will gain a shield (scales up with his level and magic power) and this is similar to rose gold meteor passive and it has a 100 sec cd
I could I shot but
Passive:freedom
Everytime he uses a skill he gets +30% Magic DMG and +10% magic life steal effect can only be used for every 35 secs
Second skill:
New effect:It will reduce the CD of passive and first skill by 10% everytime it hits a creep or enemy hero
The enhanced basic attack will now slow enemies by 5%
Plus 1% per skill level up
I usually go hybrid Harith.
Since his skill mechanic is dependent on his item build, at least they should compensate with some innate sustain.
passive: well I don't know [edit] he gets higher mana Reagen from items
first: still the same, maybe make it change the centre or whatever
second skill: instead of the shield he gets cc resilience and gets both defs based on the enemies
third skill: upon casting it immobilizes the enemies and does continues damage
Harith needs hp growth buff and new passive for his ultimate that can reduce his skills cooldown depending on his magic power stats
Harith is a squishy hero but he already has shield on his 2nd skill this new passive will give him a chance to spam his skills in team fights.
back in the day he has 70% resilience when against 5 enemies
