I just used this build and it really gives a ton of dmg! I have also activated the auto charge option so I would not stuck to a place while charging up the attack. you just need to click the button again after you attack so it could charge automatically

I lvled up with maxroll and it was ezpz. If you can get the Proc boots on movement skill. Makes it a breeze.
