The sage are so cute but I feel like the swoosh stands out way more on the originals. Like from any distance, the sage look a little more generic because the edge of the swoosh is so smooth it blends it. They are such a cute shape tho!

However, since the SL are slimmer than the regulars, there isn’t as much room for the toes so I would recommend sizing up a half size in the SLs because of that. Have you ever tried stretching the toe beds on leather Nikes? I got the AF1 Sage for Christmas from my niece and love the look however, the toe bed is very narrow. I returned them and am getting a half size larger hoping they might work, but my guess is that they will still be too narrow. I don't have super wide feet but I've got a condition called a Mortons Neuroma in one foot and I really shouldn't squish my toes. Wondering if I stretched the toe bed they might work, but it's a risk since after they won't be returnable and they are not cheap shoes!

Yes, I faced the same issue. Got my true size in sage, but the narrow toe box makes my feet hurt. I recommend going a size up if you’re going for Sage lows and true size for 1 ’07s
the soles are actually a lot more comfortable than the af1’s imo (i’ve owned 2 pair of af1’s and use the sage low rn)! however, the upper may be a bit stiff, but it wasn’t an issue for me and now as i’ve used them for a while they are super comfy
I got the Nike Air Force 1 Sage Low Platform Sneaker in SMOKE GREY and the toe area IS WAY NARROWER than the original! I had to return them! So beware. I think the Sage low is way cuter so super disappointing.

I was able to get kids sizing for the regular AF1 and they were $20 cheaper but they didn’t have them available for kids sizes in the Sage Lows. I’m hoping there will be some good sales going on for Black Friday this year so fingers crossed 😄

Honestly, I would say the original AF1 are more comfortable because the toe area isn’t as narrow as the Sage Lows.
