Great review, was curious how these two differ. I like how these new reviews are more structured than your earlier ones where it was more rambling lol. Keep it up! Would be great to see how the clubs fit in and if they tangle or not.
I am using the vice cruiser cart bag. I like this vessel bag you reviewed but I either ride in a cart or use my push cart now. I don’t carry my bag anymore. But the pad on the side for carrying is a great feature!
Very nice bag and I do thank it is worth $80 to get the upgraded materials and features. The one thing I wish it had was a cooler pocket instead of just a water bottle sleeve. I am currently using a Big Max Dri-Lite Cart Bag on my push cart.
Came here to see a comparison between the VLS Lux and the VLS DXR, which is the black bag you have. You keep referring to it as the standard VLS bag which is not true. And you say it has the "nylon twill" which is what the standard VLS bag has, but the VLS DXR (what you have) is made of the Diamond X PAC Ripstop material, which is lighter than the nylon twill of the standard VLS bag. I hope that clears things up for some people.
It's a nice $450 bag, but honestly golfing is a sport played outside and not inside a clubhouse. Beer, Gatorade, mud, sweat, UV and rain will destroy any bag after a few years of heavy play no matter how well you take care of it. I have a 14 way, 5 lbs. with pencil holder, cold beverage pouch and 6 zippers in all black and it looks great and functions better for less than half the cost. Best part is, I don't really care when it gets busted up in 4 years of heavy play because I put my money in my close and clubs.
About to order this bag but the only question I had was whether or not the pocket above the big garnet pocket is velour lined as well but you completely skipped it! Also wan to know if there are any internal pockets inside the garment pocket like their other bags.
I gave the bag away, but just happened to play golf with that person yesterday so I was able to check. Yes it is velour lined. There are no internal pockets
Nice shots of the bag, but the Kardashian "upspeak" has got to go in your next videos. It's hurting your following numbers and engagement. Just say no to the upspeak habit.

Very solid review Paul! I think that the $80.00 difference in price is certainly worth it if you are in a market for this type of bag.
My biggest concern is can u fit ur golf shoes in the large “garment compartment”?

I’m stuck between the VLS LUX and Vlx2.0. Looking for a smaller bag than the player IV pro, but bigger than the Sunday.
Excellent bag and definitely would consider getting this. I'm really impressed with the rain hood.
