Yeah I mean LVD has had competitive success at the world's highest level and is also one of the best limited players in the world. Love his dry wit and cerebral approach to our game.
I love boros equipments and it can get very explosive and even kinda stable if you get out an akiri with untapped white mana, but often it just falls short to creature removal or trades.
Make just one top tier deck with sideboard, get to plat in ranked then do traditional events. Save gold for quick drafts, save gems for the battle pass, reroll a 500 coin quest every day.
The next step is grinding the meta challenge once you build up a decent collection (also make sure you're enjoying your time because you'll be making about a dollar of in game currency an hour up to this point so if you're not enjoying just pay)
The end of game 2 is like a dream state for MonoRed. No cards but multiple removal resistant threats AND a draw engine. If I was still playing Arena I would pilot this deck
Love that Flame scull card :) its a perfect creature for your aggro control decks, well to any for that matter. May i ask what type of mana is your favorite if you have to pick ?
Nice, I have the full skull (*zing!) set but never really managed to make it work in radkos... I'll try this. Probably swap one Star Mount for a Fiery Emancipation, for max timmy points
i think you may try 1-2 copies of crush the weak in this deck. it'll help to clean up the board while the opponent tries to put multiple small creatures to flood you
You only wanna use snow mana if your cards are benefitting. Otherwise you could end up getting penalized by using it from cards like Reidane, God of the Worthy.
There was still the opportunity to play the meteor swarm against the agar and quakebringer in game 1 when your goldspan got squashed. When the squash is on the stack, after you get your treasure for goldspan being targeted, crack both treasures to make RRRR (since goldspan is still in play), let the squash resolve, and use your last mountain to cast meteor swarm for 2.
Is skull a good card? No blocks for aggro and in a race, not sure it is enough. The recursive ability seems back if you are behind and if he is dead, you might be behind. Also exile effects seem to be pretty common. I ran your venca deck and everytime I assembled exodia, they used a learn card to exile it. In the meantime I was being bludgeoned before I got venca and then when they exile it, I was going to die before I got a second one. So exile is common and idk is skull is a good card.
We went from “stomping” to “squashing” and I think I’m ok with that. Good game against the giants, very satisfying win. 😄

Aww, I went into the deck tech thinking Legend found a way to mutate Flaming Skull onto Scute Swarm.

When your control opponent concedes after wrathing your board with 4 cards still in hand, you know you're doing something right 😊that's a good feeling

Cinderclasm is probably better so you don't exile your own Flameskulls.
Magic Missile could also fill a similar role.

If you ever have the mana and goldspan dragon on the board, it's always right to use meteor swarm and ping your goldspan for 1 and get a treasure.

Giants player misplayed. LVD was taking 4 on upkeep if they didnt trade the calamity bearer. They traded a 2 turn clock to essentially gain 4 life.

Only use snow mana if you're playing Faceless Haven, Frost Bite, Graven Lore, Blood on the Snow and other spells with snow text

The mana would be wiped away in the next combat step and meteor swarm cannot be cast during combat since it's a sorcery.
