That's some bullishit, I just grabbed some Pine boards from my shed. The bottom of the stack had developed some black mold. I used a solution of bleach and water on some. Straight vinegar on some. Then I used a planer to remove a thin surface layer. Followed by some sanding. All in all I took the boards down from 1.5 inches thick to 1.23 inches thick. Removing over a quarter of an inch. There's no mold left on the wood. Yet you can still see the discoloration of the boards. Where the mold was its heaviest.
There's no way you're spraying a chemical on the surface and just washing the mold away. That isn't how mold grows.

If you have a leaky roof and you know there is black mold somewhere in the ceiling where there is no crawlspace, what would you suggest doing other than tearing up the ceiling? Like can you put gallons of straight white vinegar on the roof where you believe it is leaking to saturate the ceiling wood where the flow of the water has caused damage. Would the white vinegar help stop some of that black mold or should you take a different route? There are people who have these issues so that is why I am asking

RMR did not work as advertised on T&G 1x6 pine that I had. It worked ok but not even close to what the advertisements demonstrate. I purchased Chlorine Bleach for about $1.50 and mixed some with detergent and water and got similar, if not better, results. Your mileage may vary.

Did you just aerosolized mold spores without a negative pressure exposure??? The best way to get rid of mold/ fungi is to get rid of the material. If using for something that can't be removed, use these steps! First, use hepa vacuum. This will suck the spores away. Then use a damp wipe (antimicrobial; benefect). After the wood has dried, use an abrasive method to get rid of the stain (wire brush or sanding). Do all steps under a negative pressure environment to prevent the spores from contaminating other areas!

I have this nasty black mold everywhere. My yard is full of it on rainy season. and it also grows all over the house and I need to keep wiping it off. I also have rotten under sink cabinet. The sink is getting moist. It is very cheap and ugly. The wood under and the concrete is moldy. I can't fix it coz it cost lots of money to replace the entire thing. I am still thinking if I can pour bleech all over it. Actually pouring lots of bleech is also pricey. It also keeps coming back. I hate that this entire house is moldy. I mean you can say I need to air it out. Because even outside is the same and it is not congested. It just happens everywhere even if it is outside and not close. My doors gets it too.

I checked all over the neighborhood with a hygrometer and the humidity around our house is dramatically higher than most of the rest of the neighborhood. I'm convinced that is the main problem.

Can this safely be used on cedar planters for organic vegetables?

(The person whose wrapped them didn't understand when I said they needed to just be covered and tented to the allow adequate air flow.) I think I may use your product! & I will Never use bleach again!!!
Bleach and wood NO! NO! NO! Mold has roots and bleach can't get down there to the roots only on the top surface where the mold is killed, then the mold goes deeper into the wood and eats the wood but also the bleach is inside the spores.
Then when the mold, blooms again it's loaded up with bleach, and all the other thousands of chemicals that are in all your furniture, carpet, paint, etc.... all where the mold lands it eats those things and suddenly becomes a spreading nightmare! Then you breathe it in with every single breath that you inhale!
I will definitely be doing some more research on your product! Only because I have to be extra careful because I am chemically sensitive.
I will have to wait longer than most people until the off-gassing completely stops. Maybe a lot longer! My sense of smell is hyper-aware all because I was pummeled by mold several times and each time my sensitivity grows stronger. I have been advised by my doctor to avoid mold completely. If I smell it run!
I am excited to learn about your product! My only fear is that I need to use it indoors on built-in structures. So the off-gassing is a significant concern. I really hope that this could work for me. I am willing to stay somewhere else for a few weeks but past that I would need to go back home. Any pointers or advice are welcome!

yes. Hydrogen Peroxide kills mold. it penetrates while bleach does not. I buy 35% good grade hydrogen peroxide and dilute it to about 15% for mold. I use about 5-6% for basic household cleaning. Mold is very resilient. I've saturated mold several times with the super strong hydrogen peroxide and it will still react the next day. By far the best course of action is to remove the contaminated material if at all possible.

Bleach just takes color out of mold. Unless this different than bleach, such as CDS? What are the ingredients?

Why are videos by mould professionals always so lacking? They always leave out vital information and it’s just bad marketing.

I’m not an expert but doesn’t botanical mean derived or relating to plants? Considering mold is neither of those things, perhaps a better name like concentrated bleach would be more appropriate, and just as effective. But more power to you for following your dreams guys!

We just did a video “bleach VS twin rapids mold removal” . Bleach didn’t have a chance my friend!
You can see here where we wanted our product to remove a stain better then bleach: vm.tiktok.com/ZMd33BvXH/. So we try to be very transparent and honest. Cheers!
