Yes chances hai, bcs comparatively post are high than 2022 + exam was little better than 2022 year. Cut in 2022 was 331 so, isse thodi kum Jani chaiye. So think positively. You get 4600 pay grade. 2023 mai MEA ki cutoff 311 gyi in this category and 320 in 2022 mai. mea is one of the highest cutoff of job. So bakki sabhi ke isse Kum rhti hai. Mil jayega apko. 4600 but in other ministries..Good luck👍

The cutoff for south region of India are generally less compared to North India. And you score is on boundary. But many factors together change last stage process, like some people skip, some waste post etc. My personal advice.
