    It would be more useful to tell us the actual measurements of the spaces instead of telling us the specification of kitchen appliances though.Nice house. Thank you.

    Engineered functionality is very important. These developers sometimes dont pay attention to details. They just setup a bunch of rooms and spaces with imported materials/appliances and call it luxury. How are some of the doors not opening in the right direction? A house of this price should have a covered garage for up to 3 cars to protect from the elements and also to protect the owner when its raining and he needs to get to his car to drive out. Simplicity and functionality should match the style and design.

    • @MajorrBison
      @MajorrBison 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I agree with you on the garage style or car port, there as to be a way that the garage should be connected to the main house with a door that will lead into the ante room or living room or whatever. Developers please read these comments lol, well done confidence.

      @@MajorrBison the relationship between the said carport, to gaining access into the main building is okay.

      @Benson Iwe There's a name for those types of houses and it's called a McMansion lol. Just a big house with a bunch of things jammed together in order to make it look "expensive".

    Nigerian painters really need to do better. Can't they paint without the paint spilling into where it isn't supposed to be? Even me that is not a painter knows that all that is needed is a tape to cover the areas that are not meant to get painted. SMH.

    • @MajorrBison
      @MajorrBison 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's because they don't use tape and plastic wrap to protect everything that needs protected.

    Can’t imagine someone taking their hard earned money to buy this. So much fault in the design and the finishings (paint smeared on wooden and metal frames. Lots of redundant space in the house. And the bathroom windows should have been wider. Due to the proximity of the homes to the water, they should have been build about 3-5ft above the ground. Home owners will be catching their own fish in the next 5yrs. I’ll give this house a 6/10.

      Alarming set-up for environmental disaster. No trees, plants, landscaping, green areas, garden or natural grass for kids to play within that compound. Detrimental concrete everywhere. The day Atlantic Ocean rises everything/people will be swept away. Unwise use of construction spaces. Annoying bling bling designs that are so unhomely and not practical for family. Unhealthy environment; in terms of earth conservation, climate action, sustainability and family living. Unfriendly construction for family and kids. These Lagos: Nigerian Developers need to, wisely, do much better for healthy living; in terms of design, creativity, innovation, construction and practical architecture of excellence; in world-class dimensions for those high USD prices they ask for, etc.

    $474K house and there is no back garden! This is just not good enough! No patio area, where the family can gather and relax under nature. Nigerian developers needs to do better! Also, the flooring throughout is just too ceramicky, it is not family friendly at all! I would prefer wooden flooring instead

    So not worth the price. Extremely, overpriced. Calling something luxury when it doesn't meet most basics for a luxury home such walk in closet, full car garage to protect from rain, sun, yard for the kids to play etc. Calling a house lit and luxurious doesn't make it so. For a house costing nearly half a million dollars, you can get so much more even in the United States of America. Nice try though.
