All you need to create a monster is two wooden Rings and the floor. Lifting weights is a bad idea. Your body will suffer later in life as a result of the unnatural means of acquiring muscle mass. Gymnastics I.e. bodyweight is how the ancients gained muscle. The human body is essentially a push, pull, squat, crunch machine. It wasn’t designed to lift barbells.
@@MrRecklessryan Your conflating movement patterns with equipment. We are natural. We function and have functionality for nature I.e. what is around us. Such as trees, hills, & mountains. Nowhere in nature do you find anything resembling barbells or the lat pull down machine. It simply doesn’t exist. The reason why is because we live in a geometrical plane with physical objects that vibrate and move perennially. Rings mimic nature. They vibrate constantly & shift in 360 degrees just like everything that we could possibly grip or push from. They are made of wood. Wood is found in nature. They are circles. Circles are found in nature. They allow freedom of movement whilst the hands are in a fixed position. That is what happens in nature. Your hands are fixed on an object and the rest of the body moves about. Every position of the body that can possibly be held is supported by the rings & even in combinatorial form where you can freely move from point A to B to C then back again. You cannot do that with dumbbells or a row machine. It’s impossible. With rings you are free to move from position to position to position endlessly until muscle fatigue sets in whilst with weights you are static and the exterior weight is moving about. That’s why rock climbers use rings. They are climbing natural objects and forms. They don’t do a bodybuilding program. That would be counterintuitive. What’s the point of being 200+ lbs if you can’t touch your toes? If you can’t run 10 miles nonstop? If you can’t last in a fight for more than 3 minutes. Performance is everything. Size is a wholly secondary issue.
I don’t know how anyone can hate these guys. You look at the equipment he had. He made do and, in the process, created future giants of the sport. Humble, God-fearing warriors. That is an incredible legacy.
No fancy equipment, no fancy building. The bare bone basics, a mastermind for a teacher, and hard work and discipline. That's why those guys are different
This man was once the pride of the Russian Judo team! He was such a good man. He loved fatherhood more than coaching. That's why he was a father figure to all of his students! Of all his accolades, the best thing he ever did was raise Khabib properly. Khabib lives his life as a testimony to the greatness of his father. They had a really great relationship!! ❤❤❤ Khabib is still focused on pleasing father. Like by being a great coach and father to his team. "Train up a child in the way he should go & when he gets old, he will not depart from them..." God is undefeated!!
That's how men are built. I feel so bad for not having grown up like this. Just a bunch of boys out in the open, exerting and pushing themselves. So simple, yet so effective.
If u learn from this type of gym and if u come up from here then why cant u become champion i mean obviosuly for sure whoever grts train like this will become champion for sure 100% ... the old school is best ❤
This is one of the greatest stories in mma so far. The fact that Khabib did so well and all the other guys who stuck together from this gym. Remarkable, respectable.
why do I feel a sense of sadness and fondness watching this? Mr Khabib, you're blessed to have a passionate dad.. May Allah ta'ala reward him for moulding you and all his beloved students to be the best of men I've seen..
Wow. Just Wow. Great human and an elite in his field of work. For people who don't know, Abdulmanap started a cattle business, it went well and he was able to buy a home in their village. Later he sold everything to start his journey as a MMA coach. He was criticised by relatives for doing this, But he followed thru and became a legend.
This is why Khabib quit fighting. People wouldn’t understand that sometimes someone is almost every reason for your success and without them back then to now you are lost even though you learnt everything from them, without them it’s just not the same 🙏🏾
What a legend!!! He created monsters with no fancy equipments. Mountain people all around the world are tough as hell. Also, you can see how much Umar loved this sport.
“I’ll find something for u to do” these guys came from nothing now they champions. They don’t forget their roots or their brotherhood. How can you not cheer for them.
Umar Mentality ❤ What a vision for a coach to have. No Hall of Fame is worthy of such Legends.
😢 ☝🤲👍
Seeing Umar run to work and he weighs the same as the weights. MashaAllah #futurechamp
From no infrastructure, no fancy equipment, he created monsters❤
Yes, it's the environment that creates great players not the equipment
