The Quadjumper was seen in The Force Awakens! It was the ship Rey, Finn and BB-8 were running to before it explodes on Jakku. We saw it for like half a second.
I literally cannot get enough of this show. It is so perfect! One thing I noticed, when Saw keeps saying “30 men” then Luthen keeps saying “and Kreeger” I think that says a lot about Luthen. It says that he cares about everybody taking part in the rebellion and understands the sacrifice everybody is making. He doesn’t want them to be forgotten. Also, I don’t think this gets talked about enough. Say what you will about Disney and what they have done with Star Wars, but they have NAILED it with Droids! BB-8, K2SO, and now B2EMO. They have given them amazing personalities and make us really feel for them. Luthen escaping the Empire in his ship was one of the coolest things Star Wars has ever done. I know Luthen told saw it's 30 men (plus Kreeger) but didn't he tell his spy/informant it was 50 men? Not a big deal, but clearly someone is having trouble with da maths.
The "plus Kryger" line that Luthen adds twice, is so good: he knows exactly he's sacrifycing for the greater good and he'll make sure Saw knows it as well!
The funny thing about you calling it "Miami" is that's actually Cleveleys Beach near Blackpool in England. The dreary concrete buildings, seating, gray skies, etc. are almost completely unaltered except to hide any more Earthlike buildings behind them.
So far, Brasso seems like the type of friend every good person deserves. I just want the three Bs of Ferrix (Brasso, Bix, and B2) to all make it out alive and retire to some beach resort where they live happily ever after.
I cant believe how well written this show is, how amazing the acting is, and just how seriously and with care the showrunners have taken this show. There is passion and resolve and competence. I am floored.
I am always hyped to see the three of you react to any show and this particular episode, especially Luthien's dog fight, all three of you felt the excitement that I did. Keep on rocking, Guys!
I've been telling my friends that this show is awesome even though "it doesn't have any space battles" and yet here they pull off one of the most badass space battles in Star Wars history! It was so cool I stopped the video and backed it up to watch that whole scene a few more times.
Shot parallels between Andor looking into the sunrise as his rebellion starts, to Andor looking into something similar (sunset during the death star attack) on the beach at Scarif at the end of his rebellion.
So sad for B-2EMO 😢. He seemed a bit like both a child who just lost a parent and a dog who’s master just died at the same time. The fact that we get so emotional for a metal box lol, it’s great writing. I didn’t think I was gonna like this show but what a pleasant surprise
random thoughts :) (for humor) 1. How did Palpatine not sense the darkness in Deedra, and recruite her as a sith apprentice. She is scarier than Vader, she got that butt clench, white knuckle..purse lip anger...that top notch evil. 2. Luthiens trade/spy craft is high level, disguises, coded conversations, walking into Saws Base with just a wood stick, his ship got all these gadgets, i don't think his heart rate went up once during his battle. He is like space James bond 3. Mon Mothma has the sexiest most elegant Neck in the whole Galaxy Seriously this show is so good, i am already thinking and getting excited with what could happen in Season 2.
I'm both super excited and terrified for the finale. I do think Syril is going to wreck it for the ISB and I think Luthen will be the one who saves Cas.
You seem to miss the ending. That was the real start of Cassian's rebellion against the empire. There, at the beach, where it ends in Rouge One. Amazing episode. Saw Gerrera's character seems like he was written based on Forest Whitaker.
Luthen is devilishly clever. The tractor force was two. He started charging the counter measures. Just as they were charged, he increased his speed, forcing them to increase the tractor force, which is what I think Luthen wanted. Then he fired the projectiles at the moment when they would cause the maximum damage. Or maybe I read too much into it.
You know Star Wars is in good hands when the showrunners can make you cry over a robot's reaction to their master passing away. And how about that Luthen space battle? Holy shit! That was super badass! I thought for sure he was going to be captured or killed (or sacrifice himself to take them down). I think Luthen is a Jedi or former Jedi. Lots of clues given... "I talk to ghosts", he's always calm no matter what, that rod thing he brought when he went to see Saw Gerrera. The robes...

I think the daughter is going through a type of catechism for girls coming of age and preparing for marriage. Luthen's scene with the ship.... OMG! I watched that 10 times!!!!!
The most sombering episode of this series, I just couldn’t take seeing B2EMO get so emotional I was emotional too! (I forget they have feelings) I felt for Bix she looked so drained I mean she’s fighting it though. I just can’t see Mo Mothma marrying off her daughter because that’s gonna be on her mind every time she sees the Rebels and I know that many made sacrifices so I hope she doesn’t have to make that decision. Luthen got Skills, so good and the look on the imperial captains face was priceless (we know what’s gonna happen to him)! Thank you Hector for saying what we all been wanting to say about Syril’s mom! I am hoping that this last episode will be a great cliffhanger that will leave us on the edge of our seat!
This episode was awesome!! I adore all of these characters and you 3 make everything even better.❤ Hector!!! You had me gasping for air, I was laughing so hard. 🤣🤣🤣
Luthen’s hauler ship reminded me of the first time I saw a James Bond car get out of a bind. It’s such a high-tension, action-packed, wtf-that-is-so-cool moment!
Every week this show has just intrigued and amazed me. I've watched each one then watched your reactions to it as they echo mine...you definitely get what they are giving us here. Fine tuned intense drama that has had me sweating with anxiety and weeping for a one eyed red box!
When the mother was walking across the sky path, I said to myself “oh no, she slipped and fell over, what a shame.” Ive never disliked a character like this, except for professor umbridge.
This show has some of the best writing of any series ever. Never before have I cared less about something Star Wars not being action heavy. The dialogue between the characters is so engrossing that any action sprinkled in between is just a bonus as far as I’m concerned.
Guys, this has to be one the most well designed Star Wars I've seen. The detail on Mon Mothma clothing to the architecture is incredible. A lot of thinking went into this show.
Andor has been such a brilliant, unexpected pleasure that if ep 12 is a slapstick musical w/ break dancing Jawas and a food fight between Rey and Jar Jar it would still go down as the best iteration of Star Wars I've seen.
andor has the grit that I prayed for in boba fett, really enjoying it so far, hopefully this will lead to more grown up Star Wars series, people with it since the start are in their 40s/50s now, we can handle it
Did y'all notice how quick Luthen acted when caught. He was calm and he proceeded with countermeasures without speculating. HE KNOWS THE IMPERIAL WON'T BITE EXCUSES, VALID OR NOT. He is THAT good. I also love how versatile Luthen's on-board countermeasures are, plus the fact that it masquerades as a Fondor Haulcraft. It is built to be sneaky and deadly all under Luthen's control. I mean, his engine power packs more power than the model stock could produce and even Cassian was surprised about it. HE TUGGED A TRACTOR BEAM! I also love how fast Luthen thought of it. He knew that the countermeasure will be deadlier with a level 5 tractor force's pull so he tried to get them engaged. I haven't even mentioned his accuracy.
My head cannon for Kino is that the Doctor helped him out and they are on the run together. Another great episode. Finale is gonna be pulling on all the heart strings.
Andor has done a great job showing the audience the War part of the franchise's title. With morally complex characters and situations, high stakes and complicated scenarios it positions itself at the very top for me.
The tractor beam sequence is some of the smartest and well-thought out combat in Star Wars; it is so fun and easy to understand that Luther truly is a badass who can calmly fight his way through the Empire/ISB. Can’t wait to see what they do with Luthen in the finale/next season.
In terms of the good-side main characters, I really only expect Cassian to make it. Luthen, Bix, Cinta, hell even Vel could try to come protect Cinta, only to end up killed by the Imperial spy who's been watching her. I am slightly interested to see Syril's story as for me he seems like a man hell-bent on revenge & he's going to meet his demise next episode but I feel like they are going to surprise us with him. Maybe leaving Cassian & Syril as the only two alive. One constantly HUNTED, the other constantly HUNTING. Idea: Cassian needs help in S2 and gets info of a Rebellion commander named Loy. Kino Loy. Who has been helping prisoners escape the Empire :)
Everything about this show is so hight level the effects the acting the cinematography action directing and writing its crazy that of all the show this one is the one on this level
The Narkinians said that the Empire's prison spoiled their water 💧. Those particular prison facilities were industrial factories 🏭. It figures that anywhere the Empire does mining (most especially *_strip mining_* 😰), or has some kind of factory 🏭 🤔, there's a huge chance that there would be devastating consequences for the planet and all who dwell there 🥺😣😔.

As soon as I finished this episode of Andor I was like "hm, I don't know, was this too slow now!?" but the more I think about and the more I see reactions, the more I fall in love with it. Maybe I wasn't in the same headspace that I was vor previous episodes, however, this show is amazing and I'm so excited for the future of Star Wars! I think fans and also Disney weren't that confident about how to treat Star Wars, they thought they found a way because of Mandalorian but Boba and Obi-Wan failed hard (sure nice moments but overall not even close to their actual potential), so I really hope that seeing how amazing Andor turned out to be, will set an example. I'm totally fine with more child-friendly animated shows, with more fun and action packed shows like Mando, but I really see a ton of potential in more serious projects as well and I hope The Acolyte will be bold and serious and even a bit creepy. I'm also very excited about projects like Taika Waititi's movie, sure his last bis franchise movie wasn't the best movie ever, but still, he's so amazing! And I even have to say, even though I'm not a fan of episode 8 (I don't wanna fight, I'm totally fine with people liking it, it's just not for me) I'm very excited for Rian Johnson's SW movies. He's weird af and I didn't like the way he reacted to criticism but Knives out is amazing and I really believe he's able to put up a great trilogy. Man Andor makes me so fucking excited about Star Wars!
C´MON GUYS!!!!!! Awesome work as always muchachos. These little details are just priceless. Abrazo fuerte desde Guanajuato!
they are americans. Unless they went to school and spent a big chunk of their lives here in mexico, they are from the USA regardless of their last names. That's the culture they know. PS: no such thing as "Old Mexico" Mexican culture and national identity didn't exist more than 300 years ago and didn't really consolidate until around 1860's after the second french intervention. The aztecs were mesoamericans and the mexicas were the ruling class of the aztecs. and the nahuas (the ethinc group) still exist.
I had 0 fear with the Luthen space fight scene. I knew from the moment that cruiser showed up that Luthen isn't the kind of fool who'd fall for this shit. He's the James Bond and Batman of Star Wars.
Luthen Darth Mauling the shit out of those Tie Fighters was on another 'other' level... as soon as I saw it I was like, Oh shit these boys right here are gonna flip hahaha
The two aliens were just fucking with Andor and Melshi. Their people have no love for the Empire because it's polluted and harvested their oceans into ruin. They're perfectly willing to help prisoners escape just to screw over the Empire, rather than try to collect a bounty that the Empire would probably just arrest them for anyway. But since Andor and Melshi tried to steal the ship first, they decided to mess with them some...make them sweat a little and see the error of their ways. The whole time, the two of them could've just walked right down, said hi, explained the situation, and gotten a ride with no trouble at all. lol Scob the Empire. "Scob" is my new favorite replacement for "fuck" by the way. And I will be using it incessantly.
This show feels like it was saying, "If our great storytellers and actors and musicians are making you forget this is a Star Wars enterprise, then let us remind you--aliens, spaceships, family drama, AI droids, dog fights in space, and lightsaber innovations. Enjoy!"

The "plus Kryger" line that Luthen adds twice, is so good: he knows exactly he's sacrifycing for the greater good and he'll make sure Saw knows it as well!
Everybody was raving about the monologues in the last episode and Diego Luna said watch me say absolutely nothing and have it be just as powerful...
The show's strength is in its sophistication. So many moving parts
Cyril to Sargeant Mossk during phone call: "Yes, But who's on third?"
I Don't Know!
The funny thing about you calling it "Miami" is that's actually Cleveleys Beach near Blackpool in England. The dreary concrete buildings, seating, gray skies, etc. are almost completely unaltered except to hide any more Earthlike buildings behind them.
Had me at "dreary".
So far, Brasso seems like the type of friend every good person deserves. I just want the three Bs of Ferrix (Brasso, Bix, and B2) to all make it out alive and retire to some beach resort where they live happily ever after.
Everyone's reactions, especially Augustin's, to the entirety of Luthen's escape from the imperial cruiser were *chef's kiss*.
I cant believe how well written this show is, how amazing the acting is, and just how seriously and with care the showrunners have taken this show. There is passion and resolve and competence. I am floored.
The way Adam put his glasses on upside down after the space action scene 😂
I am always hyped to see the three of you react to any show and this particular episode, especially Luthien's dog fight, all three of you felt the excitement that I did. Keep on rocking, Guys!
Mon Mothma is just radiating anxiety. Like just that crushed, trapped, flight/freeze, haven't-slept-a-full-night-in-months, visceral anxiety.
I've been telling my friends that this show is awesome even though "it doesn't have any space battles" and yet here they pull off one of the most badass space battles in Star Wars history! It was so cool I stopped the video and backed it up to watch that whole scene a few more times.
The scene between Saw and Luthen in this episode probably jumpstarts Saw's extreme paranoia he displayed in Rogue One.
I didn’t think I was gonna like this show but what a pleasant surprise
random thoughts :) (for humor)
He is like space James bond
3. Mon Mothma has the sexiest most elegant Neck in the whole Galaxy
Seriously this show is so good, i am already thinking and getting excited with what could happen in Season 2.
To you first point it’s because shes not force sensitive
I'm both super excited and terrified for the finale. I do think Syril is going to wreck it for the ISB and I think Luthen will be the one who saves Cas.
You seem to miss the ending. That was the real start of Cassian's rebellion against the empire. There, at the beach, where it ends in Rouge One. Amazing episode. Saw Gerrera's character seems like he was written based on Forest Whitaker.
“I don’t want to be alone, I want Marva.”
Listen, showrunners, from me and all the other pet owners watching, a very sincere “not okay.”
I have long said of Star Wars that you can judge a character by how they treat droids. This episode exemplifies that...
When Luthen hit the dish with the countermeasures, all I could think of was the rail guns from The Expanse.
That's actually what happened?
15:17 No joke, Hector, but I said the exact same thing at that moment.
Great reaction, guys!
Did you noticed the Aztec Calendar? Mexico is once more in Star Wars!
"I might cry in this box right now." made me choke with laughter. 😄
Episodes 1-3 were a story arc and were directed by Toby Haynes. Episodes 4-6 were the next story arc and were directed by Susanna White. Episode 7 was a 'transition' episode directed by Benjamin Cadron. Episodes 8-10 were the third story arc and were directed by Toby Haynes. Episodes 11 & 12 are the two-part finale and were directed by Benjamin Cadron.
Yeaaaahhh was waiting for y'all!
"Yo, dawg, I heard you like lightsabers"
"So we took out the janky old hyperdrive, and put in some flat-screens and subwoofers instead!"
@@likecrazyhorse yup that's exactly how I heard it in my head 😂
that space fight sequence was probably one of the best one we have seen in star wars.
My only hope is that they find a good home for B2EMO in the finale.
My home would be the perfect landing spot for B2
I loce that we have seen Cassian near or in water for the past few episodes. It reminds us of his future on a beach in Scarif.😢
15:12 is the moment I needed the most that I never expected.
Just noticed Adam taking his glasses off and then putting them back on upside-down after Luthen's dogfight 😆
When the mother was walking across the sky path, I said to myself “oh no, she slipped and fell over, what a shame.” Ive never disliked a character like this, except for professor umbridge.
My dad was complaining that the railing were too high to make it look like an accident XD
Luthen increasing his speed so they'd turn the tractor-beam up higher so that his counter-measures get pulled into the beam dish faster - brilliant.
Hector, "Mom! Shut the f@#k up!!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Andor is the best; I dont want it to end!
Andor has been such a brilliant, unexpected pleasure that if ep 12 is a slapstick musical w/ break dancing Jawas and a food fight between Rey and Jar Jar it would still go down as the best iteration of Star Wars I've seen.
THIS EPISODE WAS SOMETHING ELSE FOR SURE
LOL Hector laughing To stop himself from crying I know those ones 😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣
andor has the grit that I prayed for in boba fett, really enjoying it so far, hopefully this will lead to more grown up Star Wars series, people with it since the start are in their 40s/50s now, we can handle it
Did y'all notice how quick Luthen acted when caught.
And now we got it setup for ISB, Seryl, Rebels, Luthen, and Andor to all have an explosive season finale on Ferrix.
My head cannon for Kino is that the Doctor helped him out and they are on the run together. Another great episode. Finale is gonna be pulling on all the heart strings.
I fucking lost my shit at, "Mom, shut the fuck up!!"
God damn Hector you savage..
That moment at 22:14 when it sets in just how much paperwork he's going to have to do now...
22:17 So hyped he turned his glasses upside down 😂
Andor has done a great job showing the audience the War part of the franchise's title.
The scene at the end with andor and melshi - melshi shirt shows what they were making on narkina 5
I'm going to lose it if B2EMO has Maarva's last words for Cassian recorded
Thanks, Adam! Thanks, Hector! Thanks, Agustin! 🕯 'B2EMO' displaying grief is killin' me... such a sweety. That was a Cantwell-class Arrestor Cruiser. #HeroesReforged #StarWars #Andor
FWIW, the Imperial Cantwell Arrestor cruiser dates back to 1977, from an unused concept .It has also been briefly used in SOLO.
I thought you were Mexicans hahaha.... at 10:24 Vel says: "Cassian Andor" while looking at a Relic when the conversation ends 10:38 ... there you go.... an AZTEC CALENDAR (Relic from Old Mexico).
Exactly lol cmon guys!
This show is incredible. Masterful writing.
Yo, Hector’s “Mom STFU!” took me out. Literally laughed out loud. 😂😂
I had 0 fear with the Luthen space fight scene. I knew from the moment that cruiser showed up that Luthen isn't the kind of fool who'd fall for this shit. He's the James Bond and Batman of Star Wars.
Luthen was already a badass, but how he remained so calm when he just owned that star destroyer and 5-6 tie fighters… Absolute legend
“Mom, shut the fuck up!” 😂 you got me on that one! Great reaction to a great episode! You guys started my day off right. Thanks!
@21:10 : More proof we NEED a Rogue Squadron-esque movie in the SW universe like yesterday.
This is not just the best Star Wars I have watched, this is the best series I have watched in a long time.
The whole time, the two of them could've just walked right down, said hi, explained the situation, and gotten a ride with no trouble at all. lol
Scob the Empire.
"Scob" is my new favorite replacement for "fuck" by the way. And I will be using it incessantly.
Rewatching Andor with you guys is always a pleasure.
This show feels like it was saying, "If our great storytellers and actors and musicians are making you forget this is a Star Wars enterprise, then let us remind you--aliens, spaceships, family drama, AI droids, dog fights in space, and lightsaber innovations. Enjoy!"
