there are a lot of great actors out there that will NEVER get the recognition they deserve because as Waltz rightfully put it here: "nobody gives a sh*t"
@@Viacinemaa From a Cultural Standpoint, Darth Vader is the GOAT ofc and its difficult to compare because every child on earth knows him, but in a sense of pure quality of writing and acting, i agree that Hans Landa is perfection and he still spooks me to this day, always thinking about the strangling and the interrogation scene of the farmer
It is very nice to hear the regard in which Waltz holds Tarantino, even so much as to deflect praise unto Tarantino as if Waltz was undeserving. Of course, it goes without saying from our view what a masterful actor Waltz is, but he always reminds the media that these characters are not his creations.
So happy Tarantino fished him out of Germany and use his raw talent. This guy is not only a genius but a super talented actor and thanks to Quentin we got to know how amazing he is. Baffles me that Christoph wasn't making it as an actor over there with how many language he speaks fluently and how good he is. Their loss our gain !
Holy hell, what a great video! Amazing editing without any unnecessary commentary, just words from the director and actor. Algorithm truly blessed me today. Love both Quentin and Christoph
@@Viacinemaa what the hell i thought i was watching a big professional channel haha, they way the video was put together was really good. Keep up the work !
This is an amazing video! Glad this was recommended to me after binging through Christoph Waltz and Inglorious Basterds videos. This is very well made and made me elarn more about him!
The first Tarantino film I ever watched was Django Unchained and the reason I liked & got into Tarantino's style was majorly because of the way Christoph Waltz portrayed it. The best thing of both Django Unchained & Inglorious Bastards is Christoph Waltz performance.
Django was my first too and i loved it because of christoph waltz and its perfect on point performance. Watched throgh a few tarantino now aand can say i love his work. But Django got me into it.
Hey man(or woman), I usually don't comment on TH-cam, but to see a well put brilliantly edited and told video of such a small channel makes me happy, good luck my friend
5:28 "Raw talents that haven't been recognized" (shows picture of Samuel Jackson) Does Samuel Jackson fit that description? He had already done some high profile movies (Coming to America, Do the Right Thing, Patriot Games, and Jurassic Park) by the time Pulp Fiction came out.
Imagine what we could have if Hollywood was filled with people like Tarantino instead of execs who only care about pumping out horrible superhero and star wars movies... We're getting robbed, yo.
Without him, Inglourious Basterds would be a very good war movie.
With him it became a psychological horror war masterpiece.
100% true.

True.
phenomenal video, Waltz truly is a one in a generation artist
He is. Thank you.
Through 2 Tarantino films, Walz gave us one of Hollywood’s greatest villains and one of Hollywood’s greatest heroes.
Yes, I think so too. But we also need to appreciate that Tarantino created the greatest villain in the history of cinema.

Exactly! It’s incredible that he was only discovered after 30 years of work. Let’s just be grateful
I have the biggest crush on Cristoph Waltz! He's so handsome
No wonder 😊

I think you're absolutely right, but I believe there are many more things in these films that are outstanding.
I apologise if my way of saying sounded rude, but I meant it to be only for me. I liked it. Great films and everybody did fantastic work.
I encourage you to share your opinion in the post. It will be very helpful.😊

I think Diane Kruger might be the 2d best actor in the movie with tons of good performances. Plus she is a bombshell.
Yeah, she also gave a great performance.

Sehr sehr Gute!

Yeah, but I think Pulp Fiction gave him worldwide recognition.

Landa and gustavo fring alike?
Yes, a very cool comparison. I think there are similarities between them, including the class they maintain.
