I took this scooter to Himachal, for a long ride, in touring mode. I rode in Delhi NCR. I even conducted a fuel economy run.

BUNNY BHAI CURRENTLY I AM USING YAMAHA FZ 25 AND I PUT SYNTHETIC OIL IN. MY FZ 25 CAN I USE LIQUI MOLY STREET RACE 10W40 FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL IN AEROX OR PUTOLINE 10W40 FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL IN AEROX PL DO REPLY
For someone who is considering a 2nd city vehicle in this price bracket - should i consider this over a xpulse200-4v ? It’s 2 diff segments but this caught my attention but not sure if it’s worthy buying over a bike.
Also Are there tyre options available in market as this is a new segment ?

Taken delivery of the Yamaha Aerox on Saturday and it costed me Rs 1,63,000 on road in Hyderabad same colour…RTO in Hyderabad is registering this as a motorcycle…Yamaha in Hyderabad is yet to launch the accessories

Bunny, there's plenty of performance accessories for Aerox in Malaysian and Indonesian markets, including larger fuel tank, front windshield kit, which is really gives Aerox to a Nmax look. Also you missed out to mention kick starter, which Aerox don't have and Aprilia having.
It comes with a hefty cost

Man, you made my day. I mean, I got my Aerox a couple of weeks back, but still wasn't able to take it for a long run, due to a number of issues. And you have done 400+ kms in a single day on it, wow. Congrats for your efforts.

Yes, you are right. I've been using it for more than two weeks now, and I'm not that impressed with its breaking. It is good, but not great. A disc in the rear with dual channel ABS would have been awesome. At least Yamaha should've given it as an option.
And tank should hv been bigger.

@@aswinvysakhj1783 , It may not break your bones, but it's stiff suspension will give you a few problems when you take it to bad roads. You can negotiate speeds up to and around 30 kmph on bad roads, anything more than that, the ride will be too bumpy.

Honda airblade will be a hit in India. It is gem of Honda and offers much better mileage and durability than Yamaha Aerox.
