Rotate the items ? It's not rotating it's more like a timer like green mark. When you have the chest open and double left click on an item, it will transfer to that chest or to your inventory. One time right click will split into two halves 👍💙
Does all your belonging gets reset ? The server reset is just a server refresh but not a wipe. Also the progress saves up automatically once you log out ✅👍

Both bases will decay unless the toolbox keeping the upkeep is not filled rather is empty 👍💙

Make sure that you log on to the server that you have your progress in. E.G If you played on NA-12, log back on to NA-12.
