Y Garn via the Devil’s Kitchen | Eryri / Snowdonia

6.5 miles 728mts ascent 5 ½ hrs
7th June 2023. After parking in one of the lay-bys on the A5, it was a short walk to Ogwin Cottage and the start of today's adventure. We made our way to Llyn Idwal then clockwise around the lake past Idwal Slabs to the bolder field and the start of the Devil’s Kitchen climb. After reaching the wall it was the on to Llyn y Cwn between The Glyder Fawr and Y Garn. After a short break, we turned towards Y Garn, took the right-hand path to the ridge, and then went up to Y Garn. After a while, it was then the start of the return to Llyn Idwal via the North East ridge.

Really glad you enjoyed the video, it's one of my favorite walks in Snowdonia
