Hm, I wonder. Surely the Mecha community itself has enough talent in it to make something like this a reality. Maybe as a more freeform project like a creator studio? As in a toolkit to make one own's projects in it. That would allow a whole range of different "rulesets" to be used and also avoid any copyright material because nobody wants a Harmony Gold like stuff ever again xD
