Brandon, thank you for your happy come back.Your paintings are medicine for soul.I am from Croatia ,Zagreb, and I like to watch all your videos.God bless you, greetings.
Fantastic! I still can’t paint the snow mountains but I will. I saw this and thought I’ll watch 5min to see a brown mountain and I couldn’t leave. I watched the whole painting and I’m so glad I did. I met the Saviour 43 years ago. God bless my friend!
Love the depth in the entire painting. Mountains n trees are what I love to paint and what I love to see unfold on canvas. Definitely going to try my hand at this one. Great work ,as always, Brandon !!!
Brilliant! Thank you BRANDON I love this painting and your very clear demonstration as a beginner to painting I have learnt such a lot watching you , bless you .
@@PaintingWithMagic I will definitely try this painting , mountains are my favourite, mine are not up to your standard but I keep at it, I must add love your accent , regards from London England.

The clear acrylic palettes will break very easily, so after having so many of them break I was going to spend any more on them. Glass is good if you want the palette on the table, but I like to hold my palette. Wood palettes won't snap like a plastic palette and last a very long time. I also get a more accurate mix of my colors because of the tone of the wood. I also think wood palettes look so much nicer. I've used a wood palette for a very long time.
Oh, I just figured out you don't use acrylic paint, only oil. I always use acrylic because of my sensitivity to odors. But I wonder if I could mix in your magic white for my mist and clouds without odors? Thank you 😊
@@PaintingWithMagic thank you for your reply. I will use a metal palette knife. I had trouble getting a consisted wipe when i started a mountain range..
When i add the liquid white. The paint always turns to mud when i start putting clouds on top of blue sky. Any idea what im doing wrong. I even applied almost nothing of liquid white or amazing white and it still turns to mudd.
A few things can cause mud. If you put down too much blue it can eat up the white fast making mud. You could be overworking the cloud. Your white might be too soft. In most cases, it's too much blue and overworking the white cloud. Ill be making some tip videos and clouds will be one of them short lessons :)

I was wondering why you do not use a polycarbonate or glass pallet for mixing.
The clear acrylic palettes will break very easily, so after having so many of them break I was going to spend any more on them. Glass is good if you want the palette on the table, but I like to hold my palette. Wood palettes won't snap like a plastic palette and last a very long time. Look nice
Do you have any videos on painting a night time winter mountain landscape?
Not yet, but its a good idea!
رائع وجميل جدا..
hello brandon my brawser says that your supply store is not secured. I wanted to buy the art knife
Oh, I just figured out you don't use acrylic paint, only oil. I always use acrylic because of my sensitivity to odors. But I wonder if I could mix in your magic white for my mist and clouds without odors? Thank you 😊
My Amazing White won't work will acrylics, but Grumbacher makes a thick white gesso that will work wonderful as a substitute for my Amazing White.
@@PaintingWithMagic thank you 😊
Words are unnecessary. Amazing work. Respect
Brandon if I use your fantastic tutorial and someone wants to buy my painting may I sell.
Sure go ahead!
Wow
Best✌️💯🌟🌈💫✨💥
I wonder if it makes a difference if you use a metal or a plastic spatula?
Plastic palette knives are okay, but you won't get the same results. The metal blade is flexible and works so much better.
@@PaintingWithMagic thank you for your reply. I will use a metal palette knife. I had trouble getting a consisted wipe when i started a mountain range..
