This year's stay-at-home and work-at-home allowed more time to get back on the yoga mat, and motivated me to look outside my normal Kundalini kriyas and sources. THANK YOU! As a middle age, slightly overweight woman, I am prone to lower back pain and thanks, Mom, you were right about the hips tightening and hurting. This kriya feels like a miracle cure. I consistently feel open, grounded and not only pain-free, but just Goooooood for a period of time after completing it, such that I periodically pause to acknowledge the sensation it has brought upon me. Physically, mentally, and perhaps spiritually, I feel like this will be a kriya I go-to and incorporate into my routine for life (or as for as long as this body can handle it!). You aren't kidding with the "free chiropractic adjustment". Your words are motivating and inspiring as well. I always giggle when you sneak in that kind of muttered, "because you're doing it for 7 minutes", lol! Sat Nam.
Sat Nam, Thank you for teaching kriya in traditional Kundalini Yoga way! Only suggestion is to offer modifications - e.g, for those who have trouble keeping lower back on floor during leg lifts perhaps lift with bended knees. A kriya to build self-confidence. Many blessings!!

This was great, but please consider disabling commercials DURING the video and only allow them before. Very difficult to do a deep relaxation when started by a jarringly loud video in the middle of it!

breathing should be deep during the exercise, is it needed to breath so quickly as it's in video? for me, such quick breathing is some kind of hyperventilation ;]
Is there anyway to disable the advertisements in this video? When doing this kriya, I will be in the middle of deep relaxation and a loud voice will pop up and shock my nervous system. Or the add will come in the middle of a posture and totally throw off the timing. Is there somewhere else these videos are available without the ads? Thank you and sat nam

It's easy to justify shortening the times of the exercises when you do it by yourself, but the results come from the longer times. Thank you so much.

What are the original lengths? 11min per move?
