Those cable curls have been a game changer for me recently
Same, at first I set it up too low. But once I changed to wrist height I get the stretch in my bicep 100%

I tried cable curls for the first time a couple weeks ago and they’re now my absolute favorite bicep workout.
@@lyn5420if you mean that because the cable hits your wrist, lean forward a lil at the top to stop that problem (don't use the leaning for momentum though)
2/3. Failed on the cable curls, but I'll be changing that up in my routine. Started doing the curls recently and LOVED the stretch.
I prefer the stretch on Preacher curls but I love doing the cable curls as they are more fun. Apart from the stretch, preacher curls ain't fun. The cable curls have a nice stretch and are super fun!
Jeff taught me the hand level cable and it actually really helps. Dude has given out so much knowledge it’s great!

I dont thinm theres anyone judging you or anything in the gym. You look around and see all these buff guys, but theyre usually really nice and would way rather support you getting healthy than shitting on you for not looking like them when you want to start putting in the work to get there. Go chase your dream physique!
You dont need to build confidence before getting to the gym JUST DO IT as nike would say youll earn a lot more confidence getting out and trying rather than thinking about doing your getting high on dopamine with the thought of going but it takes work i used to be the same way brotha i believe in you just go out and get em!

I got the concept of the 3rd right but just didn't think they'd need to adjust the cables just stand further out to where it's tense/stretched out

The big thing we can take away from Jeff’s content is that you need to control negatives, get a good stretch on any muscle group, and hit good angles. This is applicable to everything from and the gains will come

You should also switch your feet position. The last one you'll get more direct leverage on your shoulders and arms rather than on your hips that way. Your vertical center is just as important as your horizontal center.
