For once Finn Wolfhard doesn’t steal the show. Mckenna Grace was the heart of the film. She did an incredible job! That’s how you make a female character!! Loved her scenes and how badass she was!! A true Spengler
Just the look of fear on her face as it powers up. She knew instantly it was not just equipment but a serious weapon. I love this tribute to the elevator scene.
I like how the Proton Stream is different in this. The pack hasn’t been turned on in over 30 years so it makes sense for it to look skinny looking than the more powerful looking streams in 1984 and 1989
This was it after 30 years this is the first time we get to experience the actual testing of the proton pack done properly. Look at how the camera angle makes you hold your breath as these kids are about to hear one of the most best startups in the history of the planet. And that little guy who's supposed to be a small version of Ray did an excellent job at showcasing the fear of starting a little mini nuclear device on his best friend's back lol. I love this movie it had its moments where I was like okay but I love this movie.
