May i ask why is it necessary to have 140-180% Skill Critical Hit Rate? (Like including Skill Insight) Does it not have a cap of 100% even less because monster fixed % ceiling?
You need to go up while in your inventory to see your actual crit rate, what you see in the mod menu is the percentage that gets multiplied by base values. High crit on most characters is a good option bc it works for the majority of content and they cant easily/consistantly hit 100% for crit resist to make a big difference. The only exception rn is gluttony bc of its high skill crit resistance. That 100% cap you mention mainly applies to Hailey (or anyone else that can hit 100%) bc of how easily she can hit max w/her buffs and also overcap, which does nothing. Thats why in this case subbing out skill insight could be good if you want to boost dmg.
Modules increase the base critical rate of your character not the total critical chance. If your character got 10 base critical rate and add a module to increase by 100% you get 20 critical rate after.
theres not a special round one this week for that one specifically but there is a high power and impact one. If you ever need to check this you can open the map on hard mode and view difficulty level rewards at the bottom and use the filter system to find the specific reactor you need
