Nice to have a new and different plot. Of course POS scammers get found out, sooner or later. This one was rotten to the core and lost everything - including the reputation aka facade that was more precious to her than her children's wellbeing.
@@haileyrioslobo8201 No. That is a different tale. A tale by the Grimm brothers. A man discovers a golden goose. Every day the goose gives them one golden egg. They sell the eggs and prosper. AND the goose, being dead, will not produce any more golden eggs. Moral of the story = "Don't be greedy". LOL

My former MIL she died a week after our interaction and my current MIL its known throughout my Husband's Family she is scared of me! And I am ok with that!
My mother in law passed away last year... but she was a psychopath and was absolutely horrible to me! She was my Sunday school teacher at church when I first met my husband when I was 11 years old. She and my mom hated each other and she always took it out on me. My mom also passed away 3 years ago. They're both together somewhere still probably being horrible karens. 😢
This woman is an awful mother and in law. She pitted her children against each other so they wouldn't realize their being played and made her daughter drop out of school. Her entitlement is impressive really.
The sheer entitlement of this mil. She wouldn't get anything off me with such entitlement especially when she has a job. Allowing the marriage to her son really means I'm done with motherhood , wife now you pick up the slack. Marrying jmils sons is a burden not a blessing. Sounds like most women go to college to get married. Cut out the jnmil. Cut the both out of ops life
12:56, no you werent, You were trying to Steal form her YET AGAIN. 13:16, I would suggest getting a JOB. 13:33, and now you will have EVEN MORE PAYMENTS for your children. 14:47, Good that she is going back to school to get the dream her mom tried to Steal from her.
If you want to help your family, then don't just handover the money. This is a very bad example of helping. Instead make sure you pay directly to their needs groceries, utilities, education, rent, and a little throwaway pocket change. Just handing over the money, has always ended badly for the people who are really in need. Like in this story, sister quit her education and was working full time, because of the carelessness of the brother and his wife simply entrusting money to their wicked mother. Does it take you to become Einstein to understand the basics of human nature.
@@judyjohnson9610 Very true. Even though I trust my mother, if it were me, and if it were for my sister's college fees, then I would straight up call my sister, to know about her fees, dorms, college, tuition fees, her personal expenses, etc. I would rather send it to my sister straight, instead of a middle man. I have done this for my siblings, so I know how it works.
You are NOT obligated to send in-laws an "allowance"... you're not doing them or yourself any favors by financing them. Children get an allowance, not grown ass adults. Why can't these people get a damn job?. My MIL is in her 80's and she still works. Why are they sending their hard earned money to a woman that don't respect or even like them?.. Nancy could've gotten a student loan.. Would MIL do the same for them if they needed help?.. I highly doubt it. She shouldn't of been shocked at MIL audacity to expect them to pay for Nancy's wedding. Her entitlement is y'all fault. Y'all created that monster. She wasn't even appreciative of the $2500.

My word 😂, i wish i had $2500 a month to live on!
Me too!
Me three!
I'm with you guys! That's over $1000 more than I have for a month ,and I've gotta pay nearly all my money out on rent!
She actually has more because she has a job .
agreed! Well, I do but HCOL area eats it away.
The mother-in-law ALLOWED Monique to marry her son? Good heavens! What century is that woman living in?
Anyway, good story.

Mother in law should have read the fairy tale about the "golden goose". At the end, no golden eggs, no golden goose. Sob!
Was it jack and the beanstalk?

That’s why you say “no” and break eye contact or block them.

Good story.
I spend most of these stories correcting pronunciation!
'Allow you to marry'?! Its the 21st century, if they're over 18 they can do what they like!

Mother in law's. You can't live with them, and you can't kill them. But I'd love to do the second part to my "Satan in law"!!

Or ask for receipts to say "how can we help you budget?"

hope they sue mom for all the money that was supposed to pay Nancy's school expenses.
Yep, well done.
I thought that the spelling for 'Shawn' was 'Sean'?? Ah well, it's just a story......
"Shawn" (as well as "Shaun") is the Anglican spelling of the name. "Sean" is the Irish spelling.
@@johnrutka8658
Yes, as that is the only name I have heard of such as Sean Bean and Sean Connery the actors for examples..
I know a few guys whose name are spelled Shawn.

Ah well, I learn something new every day......
I went to school with a guy named Shawn.
Hearing that ending, and also having watched the Deadpool and Wolverine movie.... Did the MIL turn into Hugh Jackman? 🤭
Guessing mil wasnt paying for dtr tuition with the money dil is sending.
dtr dropped out of of school and was working and mil never mentioned it.
Is it me, or do I hear an older Yuzuriha from the series "Etra-chan saw it!!", in the MIL's voice?
