Hi its gteat job thank you. I wonder which tecnique are you using for metal electrodes. (source and drain) Thermal evaporation or sputtering? and are those systems are outside of the glowbox or not. how are you carying samples beetween them?

What is that metal block you place your device on top made out of?
How do you make sure that the probes aren't going too deep in the contacts or even going past the film and contacting the sillicon?
You can see from the OM that, when the lowering probe contacts the film and moves a small distance forward, then you stop the probe there.
