2. Be Frugal and minimal on spending ( don't buy why you don't need)
3. Save money towards retirement
(Roth IRA/401k)
4. Build an emergency fund

I've looked at this property a few times online and its nice but its very grey, it needs some colour to break it up - even the exterior and driveway melt into one palette of grey. Also, it's not uncommon to find a property in this price range with a pool.
This home appears traditional with character features but has been over run with contemporary style, and gray everwhere is so dull, the home lacks soul.
Rather grey and clinical.

Interesting for the cost and features of this home, there is no formal dinning room, instead you would have your fancy dinner parties in the kitchen among the dirty dishes. I didn’t see a walk in pantry either…
