I know this is an ancient video but I just wanted to say thank you! I visited this museum recently and was showing pictures to my grandma at Thanksgiving. So I pulled up youtube to see if I could find something that would help show off the scale of this model, and was not expecting a full tour! My grandma is 95 years-old and grew up going to the circus, and she's too old to travel much these days, but this just made her face light up and she kept pausing the video to tell stories. So thank you for doing this tour and we appreciated your commentary. :)

Thank you for the warm memories of Uncle Howard's hobby passion. I grew up looking at it in his home, then would play with the kids, and ruin the adult's card games. Such a wonderful man! Will miss him.

Euclid, Ohio! I lived there for a while, Indian Hills neighborhood. I loved it. Great video, BTW!

I had the pleasure of seeing Howard Tibbals model this year during a visit to Sarasota. It is truly incredible in its size, scope and attention to detail. The highlight of my trip. Don't miss it, it will bring out the kid in you!

How has this been viewed so few times?!?!
I'm in Washington State, but my folks retired to Osprey in 2000.....Every time I have visited, my mom made a point to bring me, and my kids there.
The most recent visit being the beginning of this month....and I am still as amazed as the times before.
I've been to Paris 4 times....and to The Louvre on 2 of those 'visits', and I STILL could spend more time at Ringling, and ESPECIALLY this display.
    It's beyond words....

You HAVE to see this place to believe it - truly a one-of-a-kind step-back in time. Absolutely amazing.. you will not believe how much there is to see..and learn. The history of the circus and the incredible legacy of John and Mable Ringling are beautifully and intricately detailed. An amazing place.. and you should plan to spend an entire day, if not two days, considering The Ringling Art Museum, which is World Class. See It!
