- Turkish police chase and detain activists at Istanbul's Trans Pride Parade, June 18, 2023.
Police sealed off Istanbul's city center to block participants of the Trans Pride Parade who had come to march against the discrimination of transgender people, despite officials banning Trans Pride festivities on Sunday.
Marchers gathered in Harbiye, a neighborhood in Istanbul, after police took intensive security measures in and around Taksim Square, blocking it from those planning to attend a Pride event.
Turkish officials have banned such events in previous years. The Turkish government under President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has repeatedly expressed strong anti-LGBTQ sentiments. Here is a manipulated news again. LGBT and pride events are not a crime in Turkey, and being homosexual is not a crime either. Our citizen, who has adopted the American culture, is a feminist, LGBT activist or a leftist ideology, is hostile to the Turkish state. For them, Kurds are freedom fighters, even if they are Turks, and they are very fond of Kurds (Kurds are the most conservative part of Turkey, femicide due to tradition occurs in Kurdish cities in the southeast). I know about this event, they chanted Kurdistan slogans here. Probably none of them are Kurds, but they chanted Kurdistan and PKK slogans. These people have a small closed circle and this circle is in the hands of the American media.
In California Pelosi's nephew just signed Bill SB1419 that will prohibit parents from having access to their children's medical records ages 12 and up starting January 1st, 2024.
The local health department has already started sending out pamphlets directly to minor's attention with the list of medical services available to them free of charge ranging anywhere from gender affirming procedures/surgery to psychotropic medication.
And this is in the State that is responsible for 20,000 forced sterilizations performed in the 1930s which served as a blueprint to policies implemented in Germany.

I'm from Turkey, the last part of this video... At the beginning of this event, they staged a demonstration in a big busy square for one day, disturbing people. They provoked the public by speaking loudly for a long time in an inappropriate and abusive manner, whereupon they were complained by the locals. And when the police came, they tried to escape. These images are from the end of this protest. The video's head was cut off and not posted here, this broadcast channel made a biased news, but it's nice that people support the police and our people in the comments, it made me happy. Oguzkagan, you will find similar support for you from Russians, Latin Americans, Arabs, black Africans, Chinese, Southeast Asians. Voice of America is always trying to interfere in other countries, so their coverage will always be very biased. Turkish police are fairly reasonable and professional on average, no different from police in China or Russia or Japan. It should be obvious to most people that some provocation must have taken place earlier. The choice of selective coverage makes it media manipulation.

Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!
Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.
Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.

People from the middle east, both muslims and christians tend to be very conservative and that is not a good thing in a liberal, progressive country, however the younger generation of the immigrants tend to be more open minded, at least the non-muslims immigrants from the middle east. Just telling my personal experience and take on this.n
