I bought this harp used and it already had those bands! So I'm actually not sure where they came from. I'm sorry! You might be able to try googling something like "colored bands for Lyon & healy harp tuning pegs"?

I just unboxed my first 22 string harp and have tuned it C-C. However, in the middle I have a blue string right next to a red string. Does it go from F to C in a repeated octave or was it strung incorrectly?

Congrats on your first harp!! That's interesting, I haven't heard of that happening before - blue strings are F's on the harp, and F's definitely don't go next to C's in the scale! I'd assume it was strung with the wrong string, but if you're unsure you can always reach out to the manufacturer and double check!
