Second, you say you transferred all money in the bank accounts out and you received the court divorce in 1 month after you discovered the hotel incident. Again, court never divorce anyone in 1 month. Divorce cases has minimum a few months if both parties agreed on everything. Here it's not possible because you have minor children and assets to be divided. Minor children custody takes long time to resolve. Your husband can require you to disclose the money you took out. You have cars, house, and business these are complicated. Divorce cases like yours normally takes at least 2 years to be sorted out by lawyers and court. I feel that you exegerated too much.

@Mudddd all restraining orders are considered emergency. I don't think this lady is telling the truth anyway. Restraining order takes time to file the petition alleging that the person imposed immediate threats of harm. For sure her brother wasn't being threatened by his cheating wife. Anyone who is making the threats of harm would be him being angry that his wife is cheating on him. No court would issue a restraining order just because you don't want your wife to come home when she cheated on you. If he really filed a petition for the restraining order, he would have to appear in person testifying under oath that his wife threatened to harm him, which there's no such evidence on this case. It's very clear later in the story that there's no restraining order, because when she kept coming home. One time she came home with knife to threaten in killing herself if he didn't accept her back. He refused and she went to the police reporting that he threatened to harm her. If there is a restraining order, the police would arrest her for violation of the restraining order.
@@kouavang5928 did you not read what I said? You can easily obtain one but it’s only temporary. Both parties are then given a court date to make an actual appearance in court and the judge will determine if there really is a threat and will continue the restraining order. Women take advantage of this all the time even when they are not in danger just so they can get rid of a person in the house or just to spite them and keep the kids away.

Only 30% of the information is true in this story. Even tho her husband is cheated on her she doesn’t have to lied to niam ntsuab teev. Most of the time man will move on too. Specially this type of man in this story. He is being a good husband until he is stuck with her nyab. I believed her husband never beg her to marry him but yes asked her for forgiveness.
