Sorry to miss this yesterday. Love that you guys made the leap into a new format. I will think about this some more, right now I still give each client a specific quotation.

It would be great to see videos about running a Web Design business, like you mentioned - how you approach building a new site. Also things like, organising client assets, getting feedback from clients during the build etc. I always get the job done but, at the same time, have a feeling I could do all of these things better!

Missed the Live stream. Need to pay attention for the next one. I do like the monthly subscription model. I am seriously considering it. My big bugbear is emails. How do you assist with the setting up of emails for the clients? What and how do you deal with seo for clients? Less is More!

Thanks! We will help with setting up the email DNS and testing. We don't offer SEO as a service. We feel SEO isn't a service that is needed anymore.

Thanks guys, really appreciate you sharing! I came from the WPTuts video. And I didn't like the new layout either, you can turn it off here - th-cam.com/users/new

Dr. How many clients do you have with that system?

We just launched this new service this month. But already had a few signups.
