U7 Dream Team:
1. Majin Uub- Goku takes Uub and Buu into the time chamber and trains them until they essentially join into 1 being.
2. UI Goku- Trains Uub and Buu leading up to the TOP
3. UE Vegita- Further training with Beerus and Gas
4. Black Freiza- Becoming a long time sparing partner with Ultimate Gohan leading up to the new TOP.
5. Broly- After training with the Yardrats to control his Ki
6. Gas- Dragonball wish to bring him back and stop the aging of him and Granola. Then have him train with Vegita under Beerus.
7. Granola- Wish to stop aging. Trains with Hit to gain more abilities.
8. Piccolo- Uses Universe 6’s technique of merging with the warrior Namekians of U7 knowing Vegita can use Fission technique to separate them later. Then trains with Jiren on controlling his new found power.
9. Gohan- Spends time sparing with freiza to train leading up to the TOP
10. Cell- Combining efforts of Dr. Hedo and Capsule Corp, a new version of Cell is created. Has fight data and abilities of Morro and 7/3. Has capsule corp shrinking technology and is a normal size fighter the majority of the time.
TOP2 Plot:
-Zeno announces tournament
-This time, due to U7 knocking out the majority of the opponents last time, it will be a bracket where every fighter from one universe fights every fighter from another in a 10 v 10 fight.
-After the assassination attempts (prior to the start of the last tournament) and Zeno’s original plan to wipe out everyone if the winner was selfish, there is concern that divine powers will try and interfere with the tournament or that the tournament prize is pointless.
-Zeno swears on his power, a binding contract for even him, that there will be no divine intervention in the tournament (as long as the rules are followed and in much of the same way angels can’t interfere in human affairs) and that all universes in existence will participate and the winner will get to wish for what ever they desire.
-The tournament is about to begin and suddenly the previously erased universes show up, unknowingly brought back by the TOP 1 wish and hidden until now.
-Their power is overwhelming and it is quickly apparent they have issues with the current divine hierarchy and plan to participate in the tournament and use the wish to relieve them of their duties and possibly replace them.
There are lot of great fighters including ultra instinct Goku, but one will truly outshine them. Power is an instinctual concept/ability. In goku's words, " Gohan! Son you are special." Something so deep and unfathomable resides within him that even the gods fear. Also it seems the university has given him time off to fight at the tournament of Power. He did destroy cell in between his studies. 😅

This is actually the exact team I'd pick with characters from only this universe. If we could add different versions of characters I'd add Xeno Trunks instead of Future Trunks, Majuub instead of both of them, and I'd add the Super Saiyan 4 Bardock that I seen somewhere since he also has a chance of becoming limit breaker

I think frost has more potential than frieza, frost never trained in his life and his birth power was already above r.o.f final form frieza, which is leagues above frieza's birth power from namek.
Frost fought equally with base goku only using his third form, and this base goku trained 3 years with vegeta in the time chamber after r.o.f, so frost's non trained third form is way above the power level of base goku that fought equally against final form frieza on r.o.f.
We saw that frost is mad with frieza after the t.o.p and he also saw his golden form, now he knows that can get stronger, he would reach black frieza power level or more in way less time and effort than frieza if he decided to train.
