If you can, try new things you've never tried, such as things you've always wanted to try or didn't want to try. I, for example, have tried rock climbing, walking at night in a park by a river and meditation, which allows you to really clear your mind and let me escape reality. If it's really gritty, do something for me and ask for help from family, friends, neighbors, anyone, even me, if you need it, it won't get worse, right? storytime: i had a crush since childhood okay? he and i are the same age, our families are best friends, almost family, so we used to see eachother a lot back then. I remember when we were like 7-8 years old when he told me that he "liked me alot" me of course being a girl just brushed it off as if nothing happened. I just said "uhhh okayyy???" right then and there I knew I had a crush on him. FOR YEARS I only thought of him. We weren't exact friends since we were both from a religious household which meant no boyfriends/male friends. since are both introverts we didn't talk at eachother that much. but since his family and my family were always together I knew what he was like. he. was. PERFECT! But as we grew older I realized that we gew more and more apart. He usually never leaves his room and I never went into his alone since, as I already said before, that would be weird. He always had that blank expression to his face, I guess bc he was irritadet that he couldm't be left alone when me and his cousins came to visit lol. he would always shout at them to get out, but never me. Yea I know it might be bc he was just polite to me but still, at that time it felt special. now he only shouted at me once! (long story why) but I KID YOU NOT weeks after that we were alone and...he actually apologized for it. I was so shocked, relieved, confused. so many emotions as to why. i had a crush since childhood okay? he and i are the same age, our families are best friends, almost family, so we used to see eachother a lot back then. I remember when we were like 7-8 years old when he told me that he "liked me alot" me of course being a girl just brushed it off as if nothing happened. I just said "uhhh okayyy???" right then and there I knew I had a crush on him. FOR YEARS I only thought of him. We weren't exact friends since we were both from a religious household which meant no boyfriends/male friends. since are both introverts we didn't talk at eachother that much. but since his family and my family were always together I knew what he was like. he. was. PERFECT!
But as we grew older I realized that we gew more and more apart. He usually never leaves his room and I never went into his alone since, as I already said before, that would be weird. He always had that blank expression to his face, I guess bc he was irritadet that he couldm't be left alone when me and his cousins came to visit lol. he would always shout at them to get out, but never me. Yea I know it might be bc he was just polite to me but still, at that time it felt special.
now he only shouted at me once! (long story why) but I KID YOU NOT weeks after that we were alone and...he actually apologized for it. I was so shocked, relieved, confused. so many emotions as to why. Then it clicked.....does he like me back???
