    Ingredients :
    1. bitter gourd (तिते करेला): 1/2 kg. 2. oil: 150 ml.
    For Masala Powder :
    1. fenugreek seeds (मेथी) : 1/2 Tbs.
    2. Funnel seeds (सौफ) : 1 Tbs.
    3. mustard seeds. (तोरि अथवा रायो दाना):1/2 Tbs.
    4. black pepper (मरिच): number of 6-7 दाना
    5. clove ( ल्वाङ्ग): 5-6 वटा :
    6. cumin seeds (जिरा को गेडा) : 1/2 Tbs.
    7. coriander seeds (धनियाको गेडा) : 1/2 Tbs. grind all masala after roast (सबै मसला लाई भुटेर पिस्ने)
    8. red chilli powder (रातो धुलो खुर्सानी) : 1/2 Tbs.
    9. mungrelo (कालो जिरा): 1/2 Tbs
    10. turmeric powder (बेसार): 1/2 Tbs.
    11. salt to taste (नुन स्वाद अनुसार)
    12. lemon juice ( kagati ko ras) : 1 Tbs.
    13. Asafoetida (हिङ्ग) :1/4 tsp.
    14. Vinegar (भिनेगर) : 10 ml.
