I've had a few ask this so when I make the new blocks I'll film it and do a tutorial, I usually do them in bulk because they take so much time, and then I have the block ready for some time....so it might be close to January before that comes out!
I know I'm so sorry! I am still figuring this out...I'm a slow learner 😅 I have another video tomorrow and it's so much more stable 😅 thank you for watching and commenting ❤
Lovely work, Keturah! Thanks for sharing May I ask the brand of the paper or the tape you're using there? It's a dumb question, but I'm wondering why I tear the paper when I take the tape off after finishing. You don't seem to have the same issue.
It's not a dumb question it's the bane of a watercolourist existence 😅 I will do a rundown of all the tools I use in future videos but for now I use Fabriano papers and nitto tape...although I've found this tape to work on other cheaper paper, as long as it's 100% cotton ❤ The tape is originally from Japan, but you can get it all over SE Asia, I have some on my website that I imported so it's pretty pricey though...you may be able to get it cheaper in your country ❤ studioketurah.com/shop/tools

Would you share your technique for adhering the paper to the blocks? And especially what/where to use for the blocks. Thank you!
