14 hour drive for a race…my European mind can’t comprehend 😂
I only do the races within a 1h drive radius 😂 luckily theres one or two almost every week

Of course, pre-race is great to know but by now we all know some tricks, how much carbs and total calories do you intake daily during the build phase for instance....

Oh man I actually love that helmet! The one I’m wearing is a custom one to be more aero so it doesn’t cool as well because the top holes are filled in, but my other one is great!
