That video brought back memories, Andy, Tracey and Billy. Lingmoor Fell was our first ever Wainwright, when we first started coming to The Lakes 20ish years ago. Think we were staying in Elterwater at the time, before we started staying in the North Lakes. We didn't do Side Pike though. Not sure we could both get through Fat Man's Agony now 😅😅 Good to see you all back out in the fells. Brian and Jill 😊😊
Lol aye Brian & Jill i had a bit of a struggle with my 45lt bag getting through the squeeze 🤣🤣 thanks for watching guys hope your keeping well all the very best...thanks for watching Andy and The ROCK STAR ⭐ 🙏🏻
Cracking short walk for these short winter days. Unbeatable views across to the Langdale Pikes. Side Pike is very picturesque with all the walls and the Pikes in the background. If it snows over the next couple of days I may nip up there and hopefully get some photos with a bit of luck. I bet it looks fabulous in August too with all the heather around so I must make a note in my diary. Thanks for sharing Andy and say hello to Tracey and the fabulous super dog Billy the Rockstar. PS I noticed he didn't bother taking the bridge across Blea Tarn at the end. Ha ha
Lol...aye he just gits in'amang the watter no need for the bridge...different story if he was out of his depth...he swims like a brick 🤣 Great la'al Hills these mate especially in August when the Heather is out...as you say absolute fantastic views. Stay safe buddy and take care ATVB Andy Tracey and your la'al pal Billy Boy ROCK STAR ⭐ 🙏🏻
Hi Andy, Tracey and Billy, good to see you all out again. Although windy and a bit overcast still some lovely views. Thanks for sharing. Take care and stay safe. Best wishes to you all.
That's a very good 5 miles or so walk with not touch accent to do..just right on a cold cheerless winter weather day Andy 👌the views over towards the Langdales was beautiful 😍 & the closing footage overlooking the tarn also very picturesque 😊👌 Another good walk with you Tracey & of course the legend that is The Rockstar 🐶🐕 the snowdrops & crocus are showing themselves Andy, spring is on the horizon mate 👍 🎉
Hiya David thanks as always Mate very much appreciated what a mixed bag of weather we're getting...this was a lovely la'al wander...we've a bigger walk up next with some absolute fantastic views down (clue) Seathwaite and Borrowdale...today (8th feb) I was up Great Dodd...what a savage day bloody BRUTAL!!...Blizzards and white out...lol should make an intresting video...hope your well buddy ATVB Andy Tracey and The ROCK STAR ⭐ 🙏🏻
@@RockStar67 sounds like another excellent walk coming up with Borrowdale Valley in it Andy! As for yesterday (8th) it was bloody grim here in Bolton so what it must have been like up on the fells bloody hrll mate you're a real mountain man gotta hand it to ya mate think I would have suffered hyperthermia in them conditions!!!!! Like ya say will make for a VERY INTERESTING video ! Cheers Andy regards to Tracey * Billy 🐶👌
As always, Andy, a really interesting and varied video of a cracking wee hill. I really like the mix of your channel, the low hills, as well as the high tops and everything in between. Last time I went up Lingmoor, it was from Elterwater and then back through the woods on the Gt Langdale side, so it was nice to be reminded of the route up the other side again, and that classic view from Blea Tarn. Love that wall on the top and I always think that Lingmoor is a magnificent platform for views of the Pikes.
Thanks as always Irene it's a great la'al Fell absolutely beautiful in August when the Heather is out aye I'm lucky I love it all I'm as happy on the smaller Hills as I am in the hard Mountains 😊...im a bit of an all rounder 🤣 Next one up is a bit more dramatic and even more lovely.. Lovely film and walk Andy, My wife and I did this one a couple of years ago and I seem to remember the walk up Longmoor was quite a pull though it was in the mid 20's so qute hot and after a heavy night LOL . Beautiful view from Blea Tarn across to the Langdales. Great video as usual mate
Blea Tarn Steve is absolutely beautiful that view across the Pikes is definitely up there as one of the best in the UK. Along with all that Heather I'd say one of the best short Summer walks in't Lakes. Stay safe Steve as always thanks for watching 🙂 ATVB Andy and The ROCK STAR ⭐ 🙏🏻
Morning Andy. Fab little walk and good to know about that path from Blea Tarn up to Lingmoor Fell. Fats mans agony is another good reason to visit Side Pike and my kids loved it and the views on there arent half bad either! Great footage over to the Crinkles etc. Cheers Andy 🙂
Thanks as always Tony very much appreciated mate... i carry a larger bag now (45lt) with having the Drone and extra stuff... Lol what a job I had getting through the squeeze 🤣 Stay safe buddy ATVB Andy and The ROCK STAR ⭐ 🙏🏻

Morning Andy, morning Billy. Cracking video again mate. I did Side Pike and Lingmoor the back end of last year. I have to say Side Pike is my new favourite 'Little Hill'. I loved it, a little bit of everything. I also took a detour to Lingmoor Tarn, what a cracking quiet little spot that is. Was you out on Saturday? Wow was it windy on the tops? As always Marra, thanks for sharing your day with us, take care, Dave.
