If you add some of the side of the matchbox to the match heads you create something called "armstrongs mix" which actually explodes and not just burn fast, its also very impact sensitive so if you do this be careful, but armstrongsmix COULD maybe do something. That stuff sounds like a firecracker going off just by lighting it in open air if you get the ratio just right...
I have made Armstrongs mixture in the past using this method. Someone else also commented saying I should try this too. It seems interesting enough to actually do it, so I might just do that. Thanks for the comment!
@@scoopscience Just remember thats its extremely dangerous if you get the mixture right lol, very friction sensitive so careful when you pack it. also probably shouldnt hold the lock when it goes off...
