The thing is..top 200 have almost the same potential. The key changes, and other factors, and some luck, will help one get into the top 50. All 1-200 are extremely good. So it just depends on the luck factor also.
All students are same but some gets guidance and some lack of it. That is why most of them are not toppers .........

Summary :
Step 1 : JEE Syllabus - Nail it and be ahead of the class.
Step 2 : Test yourself extensively. *Analyze, Devise Strategy, Improve, Give Test, Repeat*
Process: Keep calm, do it for fun.
1) syllabus ki rooh rooh ko jano
2)take a lot of tests and Analyse
3) Be calm in tough situations
4) enjoy what you do. Don’t be obsessed with goal. (Khud se competition karo)

I have an attention disorder where I cant really focus or sit in one place for long time and the medications make me drowsy... Any advice to cope with this problem
Make short goals ...try to study as much as possible ..... eliminate distraction as much as possible...
Keep only one distraction like if u play pubg then keep pubg as the only distraction nd remove the others nd then gradually decrease the only distraction (pubg). Do this way it will help a lot
