I used to have panic attacks a lot a couple years ago which completely derailed me into thinking that I had heart problems because of the side effects that come with panic attacks. you should try more indica. maybe even type 2 flower (pretty even thc/cbd ratio). or even just straight CBD flower if you like it that much. full on CBD flower is much more therapeutic calming. a higher amount of CBD mixed with a lower amount of THC will usually neutralize the bad, unwanted effects of THC. I used to smoke a lot of sativa dominant and for the first 20 minutes or so would feel like I was on the verge of a panic attack with heart beating fast I just really unpleasant feelings from certain strains. Indica dominant with a lower THC amount is definitely a more calming and relaxed effect. but it also comes down to the particular strain and their particular terpenes. strains high in Linalool and Myrcene terpenes will have a much more calming effect.

Here where i live they say alcohol and drugs. Like alcohol is not a drug lol. People are still brainwashed but more and more learns the truth. Truth is hard to hide

Ganja helps them to seperate themself from this material world...it completely helps them to divert there consciousness to the spiritual world or eternal truth and to anlyze "karma" of each 1 in society and d results anyone getting in there life
