actually you can harass x.borg from level 2.. just reach level 2 and stick near him hitting him non-stop.. but it's better first to freeze the wave near your tower.. if he tries to use his skill 1.. keep dodging behind him and most of his skill damage is wasted.. also use your skill 2 to make it super hard for him to navigate around ruby.. if you managed to exceed him in both gold and level then you can tank his ult.. just use same tactic and only use your ult to stop him escaping if it is 1v1 fight.

Tbh i always had Bad jungler in rank... try to farm and get much sustains as much as possible... So you could help your jungler... (Thunder belt always come first then war axe but it's depend) Or help out jungler on a early game first... But be aware of your lane too...

thunderbelt is too slow to accumulate stacks on exp lane.. especially that ruby is late game hero.. you need some spike in power with war axe. i think it's more useful for ruby as a roamer.. because you get to poke and harass more players while roaming the map making stacks grow faster..

Yes, although it gets nerf but i think u still can use it for ruby...i suggest getting war axe first
