My nan was 65 she had a fall, broke her hip. On xrays and other test, she was found to be riddled with bone cancer. She was told she could live another 5 years, but died 2 weeks later. This was 50 years ago. My nan never bothered with doctors! They didn't in those day's.
The doctor didn't mention that a woman who has a Hysterectomy before she's old enough to get a bone density test should have one done. A Hysterectomy causes early menopause. Menopause can weaken bones.

I was told NOT to wear any jewelry. Does that really matter since I see she wore her jewelry for her scan?
