Im not trying to freak anyone out thats gluten free but if something doesnt have the certified gluten free label but still says gluten free then technically its not really gluten free Its better to get things that have the gluten free certified on it especially if your actually allergic to gluten so when shopping just be mindful of that Ive been mostly gf since July of last year and just found out the end of last month about the gf certified thing
