That Biff Tannen guy owns a group in VRChat, he sells menus to new bars in the sunset bar worlds. From my experience, he's an arrogant prick. He judged me for something I said in a private conversation (literally only said I got kicked from an instance because they didn't like my avatar) and he went and told everyone that came near me that I'm a trouble maker because I got kicked from a different instance (again, he only knew because he listened in on a conversation that he wasn't apart of)
Technically harassment at this point and stalking. I would literally report the guy for harassment if you got screenshots of him doing it. He's spreading bad rep.

I don’t know if anyone can relate but one day I’m minding my business on VR chat and I hear like an 11 year say a racial slur and I said, “yo what did that kid say?” And this dude from the other area barely heard my walked up to me and started roasting me for no reason and was being racist (I’m white and African-Americans can be racist to white people) and basically was doing what was being done in this video and I tried to get him out the game by setting up a vote on him for harassment and thirty seconds later I got a pop up saying I’ve been kicked for harassment and I’m just sitting on the floor in disbelief.😐
