Relive Aviation History - JOK 2024

Jets Over Kentucky 2024 was an excellent setting to relive aviation history featured by sub-scale jet models that are actual replicas of the real manned aircraft. However, the ME 163 Komet featured on this video was an "unwomanned" model that was flown by Germany's Hanna Reitsch, and she was just over 5 feet tall. The pilot on this video was Ali Machinchy and its builder was Ahmed Elbassal. See the You Tube video, a 1976 interview with Hanna Reitsch the female test pilot who did not have vector thrust and flight stabilization like Ali does that significantly improves the flying qualities of this fantastic replica of the ME 163 komet - well done by all!
