I just tried the "Xing Hua Xiang" yesterday. Awesome taste, never tasted anything like it

Dan Cong teas are simply stellar. Ya Shi Xiang is also my favourite, for its thick buttery texture and creamy taste. Sometimes I prefer others like Huang Zhi Xiang for the orange blossoms, or Mi Lan Xiang for the ripe peaches, but if you were to force me to pick one Dan Cong I would pick a Ba Xian / Xiong Di Zi (both related to Zhi Lan Xiang) for complexity - fresh peaches, mangoes, lychees and deep long lasting aftertaste.
Actually, Erlenmeyer flasks would be even better than beakers as chahai :-)
