The barber looks like he was the world's greatest hitman but left that life behind to pursue his true passion of cutting people's hair .
The barber changes the side Harry parts his hair! With out asking, he TELLS Harry. He did look like a hitman. But I feel he was VERY fortunate. What is our heroes name? HAIRY! Obviously he takes his hair seriously. I feared that at any second....quick as a cat... Hairy would remove that tattooed are and beat him with it!

In my humble, this is the best haircut Harry has gotten. I liked the way the barber didn't use the thinning shears as most other barbers do. Great taper job in back.

I dunno if this video will hit 1 million views or not (a bit steep of a number if you ask me), but I DEFINITELY prefer the natural atmosphere. I like hearing all the little noises in the background, without any music put into it. To me, it's unnecessary and distracts from the experience and overall enjoyment of the video.
For me, these videos are a trip around the world without having to leave the comfort of my home. I really don't see the purpose of adding music to it, I don't come to hear the music (in fact, most times I try to ignore it). Most things are best in their purest forms and when you have videos like this, it's magic.

I've watched this video several times today. I find the sheer focus and determination on the barber's face really impressive. You can get very far in life with that level of commitment and dedication. Respect. If I am ever in Lisbon I will definitely get a haircut there.

Fabio Marques is the only barber who has pointed out that the side-part works better on the left side of Harry's head. No other barber has done this. I see from subsequent videos that Harry has chosen not to use this advice!

Prefer no music. We get to hear the atmosphere of the barbershop and all the scissor and brush noises. This barber is great. He seemed very professional and took his time to give you the best haircut for your hair. Wish we had someone like that where I live.

think Harry asks the barbers (even if they speak English) to keep the chatter to a minimum. Many people tune into the channel for the sounds of the haircut or shave experience sans barber talking.

My only regret of visiting Lisbon was not getting a haircut by Fabio.
All natural, I think people even like the sound of the background traffic. The sound of the electric razor and other sounds are actually soothing.

I prefer this version. From an ASMR-perspective, I like to hear every single sounddetail that's active in that situation: the background noises like cars passing by, the movement of the barber, the tiny sounds while he's switching equipment, etc... this gives you a more 'realistic' feeling of 'being there'. An other great example is your Phoenix Haircut video.
Eventhough I also like your videos with music (the Cut Throat Barber and Coffee of Amsterdam is still one of my favourites, because the choice of music is splendid), my preferation would go to the non-music vids. That being said... I would want to see a non-music version of the Amsterdam videos :D
