What a great class, Papi, and done with great sense of humour, I only got two wrong, so I’m proud of being British. You know that once I heard ‘bumping his gums’, meaning ‘talking too much’.

OMG. I got them all correct, and I am absolutely not British! The best part is that I've heard them all before, but now I don't use them at all because my American husband would probably not understand them 😂😂 To be honest, I don't even know exactly how we speak at home, because it's become a melting pot of British English, American English and Italian (actually Italian for the most part I would say).

I adore your accent, you are speaking as my boyfriend) He often makes fun of me playing different language tricks, but we are in love...
I teach him to pronounce my name without accent, but haven't succeded yet. My language is sweet and soft, while English is strict and logical, and I even don't understand at times if he is serious or mocking. He sings for me, I invent different sweet names for him in my language... we have loads of fun 😂❤
