I have been working out at home for 2 years because I had an urge to develop my body and I am impressed in the strength,stamina and shape that I have developed. My big belly become small. I was 17 back then now I am 19. All natural no steroids or no protein powders. I am happy with where I reached now. It will take a couple of years for me to get abs big back and shoulders. I workout everyday all body parts with dumbells and do cardio 3 times a week.
