About Summer House:
After a whirlwind engagement last summer, Carl and Lindsay have become consumed by wedding planning. Lindsay feels pressure from Carl to be positive all the time, which she admits can be difficult, and Carl acknowledges there has been a shift in their relationship. But with the wedding quickly approaching, will they be able to find a way to address these issues in time?
Kyle is busier than ever with Loverboy and a recent potential pregnancy has Amanda contemplating the next step. Amanda is ready to leave city life behind and buy a house in the suburbs, but Kyle has other ideas as he continues to expand and focus on his company. Will they be able to continue to work together, stay married, and raise a family all at the same time?
Paige is happily in love with Craig, and they are the best they’ve ever been. However, when it comes to taking the next step, she continues to make excuses. When she starts looking for a new apartment in New York, Craig questions her choices and she is left wondering if her unwillingness to commit is going to push their relationship over the edge.
For the first time in years, Danielle is single for the summer. She isn’t interested in another house romance, but she is ready to mingle with outsiders who come her way. She is also attempting to rebuild her friendship with Lindsay by setting boundaries. Will she be able to rebuild the relationship with her former best friend while allowing herself to grow, find love and launch her new app?
After two years in New York City, Ciara is coming into this summer full steam ahead with a more positive mindset. She is taking chances not only in her modeling career, but also in her personal life. Will this new mindset allow her to fall for one of the new housemates or will her past relationships in the share house scare her off?
Gabby is approaching life with a fresh perspective. She is slowly freeing herself up to live life in a more open way. Her parents left their family home in New York last summer to pursue a new life for themselves in Texas. Feeling abandoned, she leans on her new friends in the house for support, but finds letting her guard down is harder than she expected.
A 28-year-old sports journalist, West Wilson was introduced to the group through Lindsay. When it comes to dating, West’s biggest hurdle is being able to commit. As he turns on his Midwestern charm and quickly focuses his attention on a fellow housemate, will this be his chance to push himself to take things past the casual dating stage?
Jesse Solomon is single and always ready to mingle. Working in Investor Relations and a veteran of the Hamptons summer and standing tall at 6’5, he’s never had an issue with the ladies and doesn’t plan to start now. With a big milestone coming up at the end of summer, Jesse opens up to his new friends and finds solace in their support.

He wants to remain party boy and he's in his 40's. No woman wants to have a family with a guy who gets drunk and tries to act like he's still a frat boy, when he says he wants to be a dad.

So true! He's a drinker. BUT she is also lazy, always tired and going to bed to sleep 12 hours, "taking care of the dogs", and a NYC princess that acts like a 20 year old.

You can tell that she's no longer attracted to him and seems embarassed and disgusted by him and he won't grow up until something dramatic and drastic happens. I think she'll move on easily and I think he'll have many regrets and be depressed, this is only if she actually has the co*ones to leave him ...

If you watch season 2… you can see Kyle and Amanda have the same issues as season 8.. not sure why he settled. Maybe the show gives the feeling of staying together

kyle needs to try wooing amanda more often with things shed genuinly get gitty over. idk if they do dinners, or if he cooks, or if he gives her gifts and takes it into his hands to groom the dogs and get them funky outfits but maybe in these gestures she'll have a little extra to smile about. i think everythign has just really hardenede her. including the times hes forgotten a birthday gift and stuff like that . while correcting the big stuff, which his being doing great on, we do have to remember connection is also built off of the little things nd by taking care of someone else for once it really does fuel us. And kyle has to remeber, Amanda is an introvert with seeming trust issue and seems to have built a fearful avoidant attatchment and so she may not exactly react the way you'd expect the first few times but y'all got your therapist to help you with all of that too

Both Kyle and Amanda are disappointed with each other and not actively working on their marriage. Kyle talks about working on things, but when Amanda tells him what she is unhappy with, he completely disregards it. I don’t think she believes therapy will make a difference.
I’m so happy Carl and Leslie aren’t together anymore they just don’t make a good match Amanda and Kyle should divorce and Craig and Paige should break up she’ll never move out of New York just like Kyle won’t maybe those two should have a hook up!!!

Kyle is a great guy and so funny and hardworking. Kyle, you're the reason I started watching the show! Please sort out the things that connect you with Amanda. Please divorce her. I'm so tired of her. She's so selfish and doesn't appreciate you. She talks to you disparagingly all the time, even in front of other people in the room. She doesn't love you!
