Row spacers between frames would be a nice add for stability, be careful with point loading the wire decks on the second level, not designed to hold loads but to prevent material from falling through. Looks great, nice idea.
Neat. I built the same set up with pallet racking in one car garage to add a loft. While I’ve had ATVs on the upper level in the past, I now use the upper area for parts, tires and other smaller items. Two 8’wide racks doubled gives 7.5’ depth for a total of 60 additional square feet.
Part 2 is coming and includes the winch! I had one for Part 1, but it was defective... and didn't find out until I was 3 hours away from the nearest HF.

You should buy a cheap harbor freight winch, mount it and use it to pull and unload the Atv & snowmobile on second level
