My favorite quick, "don't feel like cooking" meal is "heat and serve" Italian meatballs, simmered in pizza sauce and served over instant mashed potatoes. So quick, easy and yummy.
If i have no energy when I'm home, i will usually make sandwiches on sandwich thins with laugh and cow cheese on it. Hope mom is okay. I haven't seen her playing games in a while
Frozen tikka masala in the microwave, 9 mins . Or, egg and beans on toast. Both pretty much my favourite foods anyway. Faves if dining out, cod in batter, lasagne and all day breakfast - YUM!
Egg on the head ain't bad. It actually is a good conditioner for your hair especially mixed with mayo and it sits on your haor for 15 minutes then rinse it out. So i say bring on the eggs!

Don't cook, as a rule; favorite 'go to' lazy meals... chips & salsa or crackers & cheese. Glad Paul got to be the egg crack-er and Dad the crack-ee; Paul often gets short changed, while Dad gets the best prizes.
